    Abstract: A seat valve with electromagnetic actuation having switching noises during closure of the seat valve should be noticeably reduced independently of a temperature of a fluid in the seat valve, without considerably increasing the production costs of the seat valve. A sealing body of the seat valve is produced from a plastic which is selected from the group (PEEK, PEI, PASU and LCP), and the flow of force for fastening and for transmitting structure-borne sound from a sealing seat to a fastening surface has at least one transition from a metallic component to a component composed of plastic and a transition from the component composed of plastic to a fastening surface of some other metallic component. The seat valve may be used in hydraulic brake systems of vehicles, but also in gear mechanisms or hydraulic systems.

Semi-transparent diaphragm sections at the edges of the diaphragm plates limiting the radiation are adjustable perpendicular to the respective edge with a lever linkage such that the semi-transparent region becomes larger when the diaphragm is closed. A feedback control unit is present for operation. This feedback control unit has two operating pieces as an operating mechanism, which are displaceable by a user to positions similar to the diaphragm plates, and are electrically coupled to the feedback control unit to cause movement of the diaphragm plates to a position corresponding to the position of the operating plates.

    Abstract: In an exemplary embodiment, an x-ray tube is mounted on a tube support arm carried on a separate tube stand. A layer rod releasably couples with the tube support arm for the purpose of aligning the x-ray tube relative to a displaceable radiographic installation on the underside of the patient support platform. The tube need not always be aligned relative to such radiographic installation, but may be aligned, according to requirements, relative to a second radiographic installation. In order to facilitate such change of alignment, the disclosure provides that the layer rod may be placed in a loosely coupled state relative to the tube support arm, and that it bears coupling surfaces which are capable of being brought into positive locking engagement with the tube support arm to effect automatic reorientation of the x-ray tube (without prior manual alignment of the x-ray tube to the radiographic installation) during recoupling operation.
