The method includes: presenting, via a display device, an indication of a private viewing region relative to a location of the computing system; determining a first location for presentation of graphical content; and presenting, via the display device, the graphical content at the first location. The method further includes: transmitting a characterization vector associated with the graphical content to at least one other device for display thereon according to a determination that the first location of the graphical content is outside of the private viewing area; and forgoing transmission of the characterization vector associated with the graphical content to the at least one other device according to a determination that the first location of the graphical content is inside of the private viewing area.

Abstract: Provided herein is a security mounting bracket device that can be used to securely connect a crossbar to a mounted object. The device is shaped to form a contoured fit with the crossbar and adapted for use with a security nut and bolt rendering both nut and bolt unexposed outside of the device and inaccessible to tools that may be used to forcibly remove the mounted object. The security mounting bracket device can be used as an antitheft device as a security socket is required to remove the nut from the security mounting bracket. The contoured fit reduces the movement of the crossbar within the security mounting bracket device therefore reducing vibrationally induced failure of the mount and loss of mounted object. The security mounting bracket device smooth edges and unexposed nut and bolt also make it a safer bracket for the user in assembly.

Abstract: An automated system for administering food to laboratory animals housed in aquatic tanks includes a plurality of individual feeding units that independently communicate with a common feed management hub. Each feeding unit includes a rack for holding a collection of aquatic tanks and a wireless robotic feeder configured to move in three dimensions relative to the rack. The robotic feeder precisely meters and delivers liquid and/or dry food to each rack-mounted tank in accordance with user-modifiable feed schedules which are maintained by the feed management hub. To compensate for any adjustments to the particular arrangement of tanks within a feeding unit, the robotic feeder periodically scans the rack for tanks and transmits the scan data back to the feed management hub. Accordingly, the feed management hub ensures that the proper type of food is accurately and timely delivered to each aquatic tank in compliance with the stored feed schedules.
