  • Publication number: 20240145471
Abstract: Gate-all-around structures having devices with source/drain-to-substrate electrical contact are described. An integrated circuit structure includes a first vertical arrangement of horizontal nanowires above a first fin. A first gate stack is over the first vertical arrangement of horizontal nanowires. A first pair of epitaxial source or drain structures is at first and second ends of the first vertical arrangement of horizontal nanowires. One or both of the first pair of epitaxial source or drain structures is directly electrically coupled to the first fin. A second vertical arrangement of horizontal nanowires is above a second fin. A second gate stack is over the second vertical arrangement of horizontal nanowires. A second pair of epitaxial source or drain structures is at first and second ends of the second vertical arrangement of horizontal nanowires. Both of the second pair of epitaxial source or drain structures is electrically isolated from the second fin.

  • Publication number: 20240142060
Abstract: A system has a gas supply and at least one tank defining an interior. A first port is positioned within the interior of each tank of the at least one tank and is in selective fluid communication with the gas supply. A conduit extends between and provides fluid communication between the gas supply and the first port. A first valve is fluidly positioned between the gas supply and the first port. The first valve is configured to selectively permit fluid communication between the gas supply and the first port. A pressure sensor is in fluid communication with the conduit. The computing device is configured to: cause the first valve to open, receive a first signal from the pressure sensor indicative of pressure within the conduit, and determine a quantity of fluid in the tank based on the first signal from the pressure sensor.

  • Publication number: 20120136730
Abstract: An auction management system brokers, between a seller and a buyer, a discrete traffic block of an ad placement, and may comprise a traffic block definition tool providing workflows for obtaining traffic block parameters defining the discrete traffic block. The traffic block parameters may comprise: i) an identification of the ad placement; ii) a volume parameter defining the volume of traffic included in the discrete traffic block; iii) at least one duration parameter defining an active time period during which the volume of traffic included in the discrete traffic block is provided; and iv) an auction parameter defining an expiration time before which buyers submit offers to purchase the discrete traffic block. A listing search tool provides web pages displaying a listing of a plurality of listed discrete traffic blocks. Each listed discrete traffic block comprises a discrete traffic block with an expiration time that has not passed.

  • Patent number: 8172152
Abstract: Electromagnetically recognizable E13B characters can be printed onto conventional paper by an inkjet printer using liquid magnetic ink. The printer receives data representing an E13B character, and prints the E13B character onto a substrate according to a modified E13B character pattern. The modified E13B pattern provides for an interior of the E13B character to be substantially completely filled, and includes one or more void arrangements arranged and positioned relative to a corresponding internal detection edge, and sized and shaped, to amplify the difference between the upstream magnetic signal detected on the upstream side of the internal detection edge and the downstream magnetic signal detected on the downstream side of the internal detection edge when an electromagnetic read head reads the resulting printed E13B character.
