  • Patent number: 11588836
Abstract: A method of neural network-based pattern analysis for real-time threat detection according to an embodiment includes receiving a real-time request for a system resource from a user of the system, determining a user identifier associated with the user of the system, retrieving a set of recent requests associated with the user identifier from a short-term buffer, analyzing, using machine learning, the real-time request based on the set of recent requests and a neural network model to determine whether the real-time request is suspicious, and flagging the real-time request as a suspicious request in response to a determination that the real-time request is suspicious.

  • Publication number: 20180139328
Abstract: In a method for managing a contact center, the method includes: receiving, by a processor, a first plurality of communications from a server during a training period; transmitting, by the processor, a pair of the communications to a device operated by a first contact center agent; receiving, by the processor, a signal from the device operated by the first contact center agent indicating a selection, by the first contact center agent, of a ranking between the pair of the communications; receiving, by the processor, a second plurality of communications from the server during a non-training period; reorganizing, by the processor, the second plurality of communications based on the selection of the ranking between the pair of communications to generate a reorganized second plurality of communications; and routing, by the processor during the non-training period, one or more of the reorganized second plurality of communications according to rank.

  • Publication number: 20130036013
Abstract: In some embodiments, a non-transitory processor-readable medium stores code representing instructions to cause a processor to receive a user defined advertisement rule associated with a set of products listed within an inventory database. The user defined advertisement rule has at least one dynamic field associated with a field within the inventory database including a product title field, a brand name field, a website address field, a description field, etc. The code also represents instructions to cause the processor to resolve the at least one dynamic field for each product using a datum stored within the field to define a different advertisement for each product. The code further represents instructions to cause the processor to provide the different advertisement for each product to a search engine such that each advertisement can be displayed by the search engine in response to one or more search requests at the search engine.
