An analog to digital converter (502) is used to read motor load data using voltage and current sense circuits (510) to index said motor and ingredient load profile data enabling said control circuit (501) to alter speed and direction of motor (512) operation to provide consistency in results of final mixture irregardless of variations of initial ingredient quantity and viscosity.
