  • Patent number: 12418943
Abstract: In an example, a method may include a configuration file being provided to a first device from a network server. The configuration file may be provided after establishment of a first wireless connection over a wireless network between the first device and the network server. The configuration file may direct the first device to establish a virtual bridge and the network server may be configured to map a first tunnel and/or a second tunnel to the virtual bridge. The configuration file may further direct the first device to establish the first tunnel between the virtual bridge and the network server. The configuration file may also direct the first device to establish the second tunnel within the first tunnel. The second tunnel may be established. The method may also include facilitating communications between the first device and a second device via the virtual bridge using the second tunnel.

  • Publication number: 20250212012
Abstract: A method may include a radio access network device accessing a first network address stored on the radio access network device in response to the radio access network device powering on. The method may include directing an identifier of the radio access network device to the first network address. The method may also include the radio access network device obtaining configuration data for provisioning the radio access network device in response to the identifier having been directed to the first network address. The method may additionally include provisioning the radio access network device according to the configuration data to establish a radio access network implemented by the radio access network device.

  • Publication number: 20240205988
Abstract: In an example, a method may include a configuration file being provided to a device from a network server. The configuration file may be provided after establishment of a first wireless connection over a wireless network between the device and the network server. The configuration file may direct the device to establish a first tunnel via a first layer of an internet protocol suite via a second wireless connection over the wireless network between the device and an endpoint device. The endpoint device may be defined in the configuration file. The configuration file may direct the device to establish a second tunnel within the first tunnel between the device and the endpoint device. The second tunnel may be established via a second layer of the internet protocol suite. The method may also include facilitating communications between the device and the endpoint device using the wireless network via the second tunnel.

  • Patent number: 10447556
Abstract: End user on demand network resource instantiation in software-defined networks (SDN) may be provided by an SDN controller that receives an indication from a physical boost device operated by a network user. The boost device may indicate to the SDN controller that an improvement in network performance is desired by the network user. Once the indication is received, the SDN controller may implement network configuration changes for the improvement and cause the network user to be billed for the improvement.

  • Patent number: 10361970
Abstract: A wireless virtual private network (VPN) connection may be automatically instantiated from a wireless VPN client device using a VPN instantiation server. The VPN client device may automatically connect to the VPN instantiation server to obtain client configuration information for a VPN connection to a VPN endpoint server. The VPN instantiation server may instantiate the VPN endpoint server using a network function virtualization (NFV) platform. Then, the VPN client may establish a layer 2 tunnel across a wireless network to the VPN endpoint server.

  • Patent number: 7740988
Abstract: An assembly having fuel cell plate structure adapted for use in a fuel cell in which gas flow channels are arranged to carry process gas adjacent the active and wet seal areas of the fuel cell, the plate structure having one or more baffles arranged such that when the plate structure is in the fuel cell the baffles of the plate structure cause the process gas flowing adjacent the wet seal areas to be directed away from the wet seal areas and toward the active areas of the cell.
