The method may include receiving a document image corresponding to a form and data contained within the form for which an underwriting decision is to be rendered. The method may also include performing a first machine learning based analysis of the document image by extracting one or more keys and one or more values corresponding to the keys from the document image using a first machine learning model trained to digitize the form from the document image. The method may also include performing a second machine learning based analysis using the one or more keys and one or more values corresponding to keys as an input into a second machine learning model trained to make the decision based on key, value pairs.

The system is expected to be most useful when employed on vessels at sea, including aircraft, and may also be useful on land. The invention offers an alternative to Global Positioning Systems, which are subject to inactivation by governments or traditional mechanical-optical sextants, which are time consuming and cumbersome to use.

The bodily fluids, such as cerebrospinal fluid, flows through the shunt to a distal end for discharge of the bodily fluids. The wall structure of the shunt generally includes a biocompatible medical device material. The shunts of the present invention further include one or more occlusion resistant materials to resist occlusion of the lumenal passage in the shunt.

The vehicle may be biodegradable so that, over time, the anti-infective agent is removed from a tissue location into which the device is implanted, reducing the likelihood that microorganisms resistant to the anti-infective agent will develop. The anti-activity agent interferes with the activity of the anti-infective agent, may be released from a surface at the IMD at a time when activity of the anti-infective agent is no longer desired, and may reduce the likelihood that microorganisms resistant to the anti-infective agent will develop.
