Abstract: An ankle brace including an ankle wrap assembly including a main body having an inner surface, an outer surface, a top, a bottom, a front defining a foot opening, a first side panel, a second side panel, a rear, and a bottom panel. The ankle brace includes first and second ankle pads attached to the main body; a first support attached to the main body first side panel, and a second attached to the main body second side panel, and a bottom support. The ankle brace is configured to be secured to a user's ankle when worn.

Abstract: A knee brace comprising a frame assembly comprising an outer frame portion and an inner frame portion. The outer frame portion has a first outer transverse member, a second outer transverse member, and an outer side member configured to extend along a length of a first side of a user's leg when worn by the user, the outer side member extending between the first outer transverse member and the second outer transverse member. The inner frame portion has a first inner transverse member, a second inner transverse member, and an inner side member opposite the outer side member and is configured to extend along a length of a second side of a user's leg when worn by the user, the second side member extending between the first inner transverse member and the second inner transverse member. The outer frame portion and inner frame portion define a top portion of the frame assembly and a bottom portion of the frame assembly, the top and bottom portions configured to be pivotable relative to each other.

Abstract: A knee brace assembly comprising a sleeve and a buttress attached to the sleeve and configured to be positioned against a knee of the wearer. The buttress is configured to be positioned proximate a patella of the wearer and configured to provide support to the patella of the wearer. The knee brace includes a wrap having a first end defining an upper tab and lower tab, and a second end defining an upper and lower tab. The wrap is sized to extend around the leg of the wearer. The upper tab of the first end is configured to attach to the upper tab of the second end, and the lower tab of the first end is configured to attach to the lower tab of the second end, such that the wrap is operable to form a compressive fit around the sleeve and buttress.

Abstract: A yieldable sports pole supported entirely above ground in a vertical orientation by a flexible bladder filled with a weighting fluid. A central opening through the bladder receives the pole. Underlying the bladder and connected to the pole is a ground engaging disc fabricated of a semi-rigid, resiliently springy material. When the pole is tilted to one side, as when experiencing an impact, the disc member and flexible bladder act in combination to cause the pole to return to an upright orientation.

Abstract: An inflatable barrier with an integral, triple chamber construction. An upper air chamber of relatively greater volume may be configured in any convenient shape such as pyramids, cylinders, cubes and barricades as suitable for use at combat sports venues. A centrally disposed, water-filled chamber provides sufficient weight to resist displacement of the barrier to normal impacts. A peripheral lower air chamber surrounds the water-filled chamber to stabilize lateral support and to maintain an upright orientation of the barrier.

Abstract: A low pressure, low velocity projectile marker for youth shooting sports as an acceptable alternative to the traditional sport of paintball. The marker includes an onboard, hand activated pressure system to charge an air reservoir up to a maximum pressure of 150 psi (11 kg/cm2) as limited by a pressure relief valve. A removable barrel/magazine assembly stores and visibly displays a plurality of projectiles. The barrel/magazine assembly is inserted and sealably locked into a pressure deliver conduit of the marker. A trigger mechanism operates a fire control valve to precisely release a controlled, momentary pulse of compressed air in order to discharge a single projectile through the barrel of the marker.

Abstract: In summary, a lower impact, reusable marker projectile for youth shooting sports as an acceptable alternative to the traditional sport of paintball. The projectile is fabricated from durable polymer material to conform to the circular bore of a barrel for discharge under the influence of a pneumatic or mechanical force. The projectile incorporates a marking agent retainer to carry a sufficient quantity of liquid or powder marking agent to leave a visual indication of impact location on a target. The projectile may alternatively be formed in a general cone-shape or a sphere-shape. The cone-shaped projectiles are capable of being nested without distortion and without wedging for the purpose of condensed storage.

Abstract: A hockey glove that uses a combination of high and low density padding in finger and knuckle pads to protect the user's fingers and knuckles and rigid thumb plates to protect the user's thumb from impact injuries and backward hyper-extension. The high density padding protects the user from impact injuries and breakage caused by sharp blows to the hand. The high and low density padding combination provides a comfort fit with a limited range of flexure of the fingers stalls. Additional flex of the finger and knuckle pads is achieved with one or more hinge panel joints associated with notch openings in the high density padding to permit a clasping or gripping movement by the user. Cooperative thumb support plates are attached to the back of the hockey glove adjacent to the thumb stall and allow the user's thumbs to bend inward toward the palm, but prevent the thumbs from hyper-extending backward.
