Abstract: An apparatus and method for generating a pecuniary program, the apparatus including a computing device, configured to receive a user input relating to a user; receive pecuniary data relating to a user; identify a plurality of trends in the pecuniary data; generate a first training data set including: at least a priority scoring criteria; and a plurality of a plurality of identified trends in pecuniary data relating to the user; classify at least an element of the user input to a priority score using a first machine learning model, wherein classifying the at an element of the user input includes training a first machine machine-learning model, as a function of the first training data set, and generate a pecuniary program for the user as a function of the priority score.

Abstract: A therapeutic pressure system includes a sealed actuator housing containing an electrolyte and one or more polymer actuators that actuate via movement of electrolyte components into, out of around or within the polymer matrix of the polymer actuators. The system also includes an actuator support structure for the polymer actuators, working and counter electrodes in working contact with the actuators, circuitry for connecting the electrodes to a power source, and a controller between the power source and the electrodes to control the electrical current to the electrodes. The system is particularly useful for use in a hospital bed.

The electronic bartering system and method receives a request from the first user, allows the second user to access items owned by the first user, receives a response from the second user, and receives an acceptance from the first user The request identifies the second item and is a potential trade request. The response identifies the first item and is a trade offer The trade comprises the potential trade request, the trade offer, and the acceptance.

Abstract: An external data storage device and program are provided to enable computing device users to transfer personalized interface settings from one computing device to another, so that the user will have a desired and familiar computing device interface no matter what computing device is used. Additionally, the external data storage device and software allow for the user to automatically open files and applications which were opened at the end of a prior sessions, so that the user can continue working from where he/she left off at the end of the prior session.

Abstract: A book holder for enclosing and holding books, said book holder having a pair of cover panels, a back panel hingedly connected between said cover panels, book holding means on the cover panels, and a transverse spring element mounted in and across said cover and back panels, the spring element being normally extended in a generally straight line and in a generally common plane to support the book holder and a book held therein, in substantially flat, open position. The spring element is resiliently bendable transversely of its length to close the book holder and book held therein. A book holding strap is transversely disposed across the book holder, extending across a book held therein when the book holder and book are both in open position, said strap extending around the book holder when the latter and the book contained therein are in closed position.
