  • Publication number: 20230362314
Abstract: A social entertainment user interface operating on a wireless networked record session device capable of producing a live video and/or audio stream as if made in a vintage record booth. Record sessions are listened to and/or watched by a plurality of other social entertainment user interfaces operating on other networked listening/watching wireless networked devices. Video and audio filters emulate various altered looks and sounds. Record sessions are streamed live or near-live for other social entertainment user interfaces operating on other networked wireless devices to listen and/or watch, and passively and actively rated to dynamically enable watching of the most preferred record sessions.

  • Patent number: 10841462
Abstract: A wireless record booth capable of producing a live video and/or audio stream as if made in a vintage record booth. A concatenated video stream is formed by a record booth sessions recorded in each of a plurality of networked listening/watching record booths. Video and audio filters emulate vintage record booth images and sounds. Record booth sessions are streamed live for other networked record booths to listen and/or watch, and passively and actively rated to dynamically create a concatenated video stream of the most preferred record booth sessions.

  • Publication number: 20070183142
Abstract: A high-intensity LED is integrated into an MP3 player such as an iPod™ device to provide an extremely convenient flashlight functionality at the ready for a user, particularly useful in emergency situations. When an emergency or other need emerges suddenly and while the user is otherwise unable to obtain a conventional flashlight, use of an MP3 player flashlight device provides a useful source of light for both comfort and safety of the user. In another aspect of the invention, the MP3 player flashlight is a peripheral device connected to a digital port of the MP3 player. Alternatively, the flashlight is formed in such a shape as to fit into an external memory card slot of an MP3 player (e.g., in the shape of a SmartCard), drawing power and even control from the MP3 player through the connector otherwise intended for a memory card.

  • Publication number: 20060189347
Abstract: A high-intensity LED is integrated into a wireless phone device to provide an extremely convenient flashlight functionality at the ready for a user in possession of their wireless phone, particularly useful in emergency situations. When an emergency or other need emerges suddenly and while the user is otherwise unable to obtain a conventional flashlight, use of a wireless phone flashlight provides a useful source of light for both comfort and safety of the user of the wireless phone device. In another aspect of the invention, the wireless phone flashlight is a peripheral device connected to a digital port of the wireless phone. Alternatively, the flashlight is formed in such a shape as to fit into an external memory card slot of a target wireless phone (e.g., in the shape of a SmartCard), drawing power and even control from the wireless phone through the connector otherwise intended for a memory card.
