  • Publication number: 20250381165
Abstract: An orally bioavailable benzofuran is provided which possesses in vitro and in vivo capabilities able to overcome issues in loading of antigenic peptide on major histocompatibility class I complexes, including on the surface of professional antigen presenting cells. The design of immunotherapies such as dendritic cell vaccines, optimal binding of the antigenic peptides to MHC class I complexes is a major challenge. Current therapeutic peptide loading is expensive, labor-intensive, or requires in vitro manipulation. Models demonstrate that the benzofuran enhances T-cell activation through increased peptide binding to cell surface MHC class I complexes. Molecular docking studies indicate the benzofuran binds the F pocket of MHC class I in a similar manner to high-affinity peptides and TAPBPR, aiding in the targeted loading of exogenous peptides. The therapeutic potential was demonstrated when using PLGA particles of BzF? were injected intramuscularly, and significantly inhibited the development of E.

  • Publication number: 20250384378
Abstract: An apparatus and a method for calculating the environmental impact of a product from sparse input data are described. The system receives input data, such as a textual description or an image, that lacks a complete bill of materials. A generative artificial intelligence model automatically deconstructs the product into a plurality of constituent components and associated lifecycle activities. An environmental impact is determined for each component, and the contributions are aggregated to estimate the total impact for the product. The system may further store and compare calculated impacts with previous estimates in a database to return the value associated with the lowest error.

  • Publication number: 20250328972
Abstract: A computer implemented method includes collecting multi-modal residential real estate data from networked machines. The multi-modal residential real estate data is segregated into relational data, textual data and image data to form segregated data. Statistical anomalies in the segregated data are corrected to form first refined data. The first refined data is augmented to reduce sparsity and form second refined data. Numerical embedding vectors are computed from the second refined data. The numerical embedding vectors are aggregated by geographic region. A deep neural network is trained using the numerical embedding vectors to form models for predicting residential real estate attributes. The models are utilized to compute a dynamic value for a specified residential real estate asset. Parcels in a geographic area surrounding the specified residential real estate asset are defined. The models compute dynamic values for the parcels in the geographic area.

  • Publication number: 20250222890
Abstract: Among other things, a documentation of a crash involving a vehicle is generated automatically. Telematics data is received that has been produced by one or more sensors associated with a telematics device at the vehicle. Based on the telematics data, a vehicle crash period is determined that begins at a start time and ends at an end time of the vehicle crash. Based on the telematics data, one or more metrics are determined associated with the vehicle during the vehicle crash period. Based on one or more metrics, a human-readable documentation of the vehicle crash is generated automatically.

  • Patent number: 12073331
Abstract: In an aspect, a fuel economy of a vehicle is determined by: receiving telematics data produced at least partly by one or more sensors at a vehicle; identifying, based at least partly on the telematics data, one or more fueling events of the vehicle; determining, for each fueling event of the one or more fueling events, an amount of fuel added to the vehicle for that fueling event; and determining, based at least partly on the amount of fuel added to the vehicle for each fueling event and the telematics data, a fuel economy of the vehicle.
