  • Publication number: 20260242017
Abstract: A frame assembly for a track system is disclosed. The frame assembly includes a frame member, and a suspended undercarriage assembly moveably connected to the frame member. The suspended undercarriage assembly includes a beam having a leading portion and a trailing portion, a leading bushing connected to the leading portion of the beam, and a trailing bushing connected to the trailing portion of the beam. The leading and trailing bushings are made of a resilient material, and are configured to promote deformation in at least one direction. In response to the beam moving, the leading and trailing bushings bias the beam toward an initial position.

  • Patent number: 12344334
Abstract: The first suspension member is pivotally connectable to a frame assembly of the track system and defines a receptacle. The second suspension member is pivotally connectable to the frame assembly, extends at least partially within the receptacle, and is moveable relative to the first suspension member. The resilient member has a first surface that is generally fixedly connected to the second suspension member and a second surface that is generally fixedly connected to the first suspension member. The first and second suspension members have a first position, and in response to the first and second suspension members moving relative to one another, the resilient member biases the first and second member toward the first position. A track system is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20250187682
Abstract: A track system, which is for a vehicle, includes a drive wheel assembly, a frame assembly, an undercarriage assembly and an endless track. The drive wheel assembly is operatively connectable to a shaft of the vehicle, and is rotatable about a first pivot axis. The frame assembly includes a first frame member that is removably connected to the vehicle, and a second frame member pivotally connected to the first frame member about a second pivot axis that is vertically spaced from the first pivot axis. The undercarriage assembly includes a beam with a connecting pin, at least one resilient bushing and at least one support wheel assembly. The endless track is drivingly engaged to the drive wheel assembly. An endless track is also disclosed.
