    Abstract: A rigid, curved and hollow guide that can be used to facilitate a variety of arthroscopic surgeries is provided as well as a method of using the guide. In one embodiment, the guide (100) is comprised of a shaped hollow guide suitably sized to pass a suture anchor and having a first portion (109) that is straight and a second portion (107) that is curved with a radius of curvature large enough to allow passage of the suture anchor. The guide is further comprised of a handle (103) disposed on the proximal end and a tip (105), preferably angled, on the distal end. In another embodiment, the entire hollow guide (500) is curved.
