    Abstract: A compact system provides task lighting and ventilation assistance for a personal work station. The system includes a unidirectional light source and air moving fan positioned to coaxially, upwardly transmit a light beam and air stream. First and second deflection members are positioned along the axis in the path of the light and air. The lower deflection member transmits the light beam therethrough to the upper deflection member and deflects the air stream in an adjustable direction. The upper deflection member deflects the light beam in an independently adjustable direction.
