  • Patent number: 11618534
Abstract: A ski tow for a boat having a tow post and a ski rope connected to the tow post. The ski tow includes a pedestal shaped body having a lowermost foot spaced apart from an uppermost cap by an intermediate die; a camera mount located on the cap and configured for receiving a camera; and a chase extending vertically through the pedestal body and open on both ends. The pedestal shaped body pivots or rotates such that the camera mount remains aligned with the ski rope as a skier connected to the tow rope moves relative to the tow post and moves the tow rope relative to the tow post.

  • Publication number: 20220396435
Abstract: A loading apparatus for use with tubular food articles. The loading apparatus comprises an input conveyor configured to convey the tubular food articles, an indexing conveyor positioned beneath the input conveyor and configured to operate in an intermittent motion, and a curved end member positioned in spaced arrangement to the input conveyor to permit the tubular food articles to pass between the input conveyor and the curved end member such that the curved end member retains the tubular food articles on the input conveyor. The input conveyor is configured to transfer the tubular food articles from the input conveyor directly to the indexing conveyor using gravity from a space between the input conveyor and the curved end member.

  • Patent number: 6401338
Abstract: A method of removing a bearing insert from a skate wheel is performed utilizing a bearing insert tool. The bearing insert has a central axial bore corresponding to the diameter of a central axial bore of a spacer element. A transverse bore is formed through a middle portion of the spacer element. The spacer element middle portion has a larger outer circumference than that of its opposed side portions. The spacer element opposed side portions mount within the inner circumference of the bearing inserts such that inner side walls of the bearing inserts abut opposed side walls of the spacer element middle portion. The bearing insert tool has a shaft containing spring activated nipples on a distal end. A button on the tool head portion operates the spring. To remove the bearing inserts the button is depressed retracting the nipples. The shaft is then inserted within the central axial bore of the spacer element through the proximal bearing insert.

  • Patent number: 6085402
Abstract: A method of removal and insertion of a bearing insert from a skate wheel is performed utilizing a bearing insert tool. The bearing insert has a central axial bore corresponding to the diameter of a central axial bore of a spacing element. An annular groove is formed on an inner circumference of the spacing element. The bearing insert tool has a shaft containing spring activated nipples on a distal end from a head portion. A button on the tool operates the spring. To remove a bearing insert the button is depressed retracting the nipples. The shaft is then inserted within the central axial bore of the bearing insert and spacing element. The nipples are released and allowed to engage the annular groove. Force is exerted in an axial direction away from the skate wheel causing the bearing insert and spacing element to be removed from the hub of the skate wheel.

  • Patent number: 5964537
Abstract: A pair of skate bearing inserts are inserted into a hub of an in-line skate, roller skate, or skateboard. The bearing inserts have an integral cylindrical extension of a second axial end of an inner race thereby eliminating the need for a separate spacing member within a hub of a skate wheel. An inner groove along an inner circumference of the inner race engages with a bearing insert tool for quick removal and insertion of bearing inserts from skate wheels. A groove along a flange of a first axial end of the inner race allows for attachment of a reflective element to an outer surface of the skate wheel.

  • Patent number: 5479600
Abstract: An attribute-enhanced scroll bar is presented. A selected portion of a stored data file, for example a document, is displayed in a window, and a scroll bar field including a scroll bar is used to indicate the position of the displayed portion relative to the entire data file. In addition, maps of significant task-specific attributes of the data file, for example particular character strings within a document, are displayed in the scroll bar field of the display along with the scroll bar. The attribute maps indicate the location of the significant attributes within the data file. In addition, the attributes are highlighted within the portion of the data file that is displayed in the window.

  • Patent number: 5271633
Abstract: A skate housing assembly for high speed in-line roller skates. There is a frame with a top surface attached to a sole of a skate boot and two descending side skirts having multiple linear transverse bores. A pocket located on the inside surface of each descending skirt surrounding a bore receives a flange from a bearing insert mounted within a skate wheel. A shaft axially mounted through the skirt bores and bearing insert aligns the wheel on the skate housing.
