  • Patent number: 10872314
Abstract: A method for maintaining a user profile representing evolving user profile data of a first user, the user profile accessible by a first organization and a second organization without communication between the first organization and the second organization. The method includes creating the user profile by a remote computer based on feedbacks from a corresponding users of the first organization communicating with the remote computer via an application programming interface operating on the remote computer. The user profile data of the user profile is stored on a data source operated only by the third organization. The application programming interface and the remote computer enable connection, over a second network, between a second computer operated by the second organization and the data source having the user profile data. The method further includes thereafter granting access to the user profile to the second computer via the application programming interface.

  • Patent number: 10730495
Abstract: The invention relates to an improved plunger assembly for a vehicle brake system. The plunger assembly is operable as a pressure source to control brake fluid pressure supplied to one or more wheel brakes. The plunger assembly comprises a housing defining a cylinder; a reversible motor supported by the housing and having a rotor; and a linear actuator such as a ball screw/nut mechanism driven by the motor. A plunger head is mounted in the cylinder and driven by the linear actuator in first and second opposite directions. Improvements include an elastomeric tubular torque coupler connected to a ball screw/nut anti-rotation member; and a clamped connection at an inner race of a motor bearing for securing the rotor to the ball screw/nut component.

  • Patent number: 10657478
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for creating a control dashboard for user interactions. The application may be utilized by a user in connection with a third party exchange system, small business, or individually. As such, the invention may extract data from multiple user and competitor locations. The invention coordinates the data and generates components for the dashboard that includes resource flows, outside entity user information, and aggregation integration in a customizable, real-time modified dashboard. Thus providing monitoring and alerts for inventorying, resources, and invoicing. Furthermore, the system may identify underpenetrated customer populations, perform trend analysis to identify potential customers, and the like. Finally, the system integrates an artificial intelligence engine for real-time data digestion and future predictions for resource flows.

  • Patent number: 10291128
Abstract: A synchronous converter that includes a power source, an inductor, an output terminal, and a control circuit. The control circuit may include: an electronic energizing switch that, when activated, delivers energy from the power source to the inductor; an electronic de-energizing switch that, when activated, delivers energy from the inductor to the output terminal, the electronic de-energizing switch including a body diode; and an electronic pull-down switch that, when activated, turns off the electronic de-energizing switch, redirects current flowing though the body diode of the electronic de-energizing switch, and removes charge from the body diode of the electronic de-energizing switch. The electronic energizing switch and the electronic de-energizing switch may never both be activated at the same time.

  • Patent number: 10123384
Abstract: Techniques are provided for low, or deep, dimming of a light-emitting diode (LED) load. In an example, a method for deep dimming a light-emitting diode (LED) load can include, when a current of an inductor does not reach a target current by the end of an on-time of a pulse-width modulation (PWM) switch cycle, and, during an initial on-time of the PWM switch cycle, allowing the current of the inductor to reach the target current during a next “off” time interval of the PWM switch cycle, wherein the inductor is coupled to the LED via a PWM switch, and in response to the current of the inductor reaching the target current before the end of the on-time of a subsequent PWM switch cycle, interrupting energizing of the inductor at the end of the on-time of the PWM switch cycle.

  • Patent number: 9596728
Abstract: A method and system of driving an LED load. A driver is configured to deliver a level of current indicated by a control signal to the LED load when a PWM signal is ON and stop delivering the level of current when the PWM signal is OFF. An output capacitance element is coupled across a differential output of the LED driver. A feedback path, having a store circuit, is configured to store an information indicative of a first voltage level across the output capacitance element as a stored feedback reference signal just after the PWM signal is turned OFF. The feedback path causes the voltage across the output capacitance element to be at the first voltage level just before the PWM signal is turned ON.

  • Patent number: 8901904
Abstract: A device and method of providing any one of a plurality of desired levels of a regulated signal output to a load is described, wherein each desired level is a function of a corresponding reference signal. The device is configured and the method is designed to (1) store each desired level of the regulated signal output on a switchable storage device; and (2) selectively switch the correct storage device to the output when switching from one regulated state to another so as to establish the desired level of regulated signal output.
