Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus are disclosed which include receiving an indication of a floor plan of a building project; receiving an indication of an inspection report, the inspection report associated with an inspection type; identifying a forecast date associated with each room in the floor plan, the forecast date indicating when an inspection type associated with the respective room is to be completed; for each room, determining how close each room's forecast date is to a present date, and if the room's forecast date is past the present date; generating a visual map of the floor plan; associating a color of each room in the floor plan based on the determining; and providing the visual map with the associated color of each room for display.

Abstract: A map of a building project is received, the map including a structure and one or more defined spaces within the structure. An indication of one or more products to be delivered to the one or more defined spaces is received. A visual map of the building project is generated. For each of the one or more products to be delivered, a target date is assigned to a category assigned to the product. Differences between a current date and the target dates are determined, and a color is selected for a respective defined space on the visual map based on the difference. The visual map is displayed, with the selected color being displayed in a respective defined space.

Abstract: Methods and systems for generating and displaying alerts are provided. An indication that each of a plurality of areas in a construction project is ready for one or more inspections by an inspector is received. For each of the plurality of areas, an inspection status is received from an inspector, wherein the inspection status identifies whether there were deficiencies associated with the area. For each subcontractor, an inspection success rate is calculated. The inspection success rate of each subcontractor is compared to a predetermined benchmark. A determination is made that the inspection success rate does not meet the predetermined benchmark. An alert is provided indicating that the inspection success rate of the respective subcontractor does not meet the predetermined benchmark.

Abstract: A user interface enables a user to associate a poly-line representation of a facility floor plan, having a plurality of shapes that correspond to contiguous areas of the facility floor plan, with a database of business parameters relating to condition of the contiguous areas. A report generator generates a visual representation of the facility floor plan that maps the business parameters of the database onto the contiguous areas of the poly-line representation and that modifies the visual representation in accordance with updated business parameters values of the database.
