Abstract: This is a level designed to light-up when level. The drawings and specifications illustrate how each embodiment, nos. 1 thru 10, FIGS. 1 thru 10a, is designed to achieve this by its unique switching system. Each system is designed to complete the electrical circuitry as required for the level's lights to illuminate when the level is level. Each embodiment and switch system, also referred to as switch mechanism or contact switch, utilizes gravity and balance to direct the moving parts and complete the circuitry, whether by use of a pendulum, wheels, ball, balls, roller, rollers, liquid or leveling arm. The circuitry includes lights(s), battery(s), wiring, the switch system, and optionally a manual on/off override switch.

Abstract: A curb/walk forming bracket has two half brackets connected to form a spacer/bracket. Each half bracket has a main body with an outer fin and an inner fin for attachment to form boards. A top bend extends from the main body and has a guide hole for placement of a stake. A lower guide hole or formed surround extends from the main body and is vertically aligned with the top guide hole. Slots or slotted holes run the length of the top bend of the main body of each half bracket with the slots or slotted holes accommodating fasteners for connecting the two half brackets so as to form an inverted “U” shape when placed for forming in an upright position. Holes are provided in the main body of each half bracket for fastening stakes for ground anchorage. Holes along each inner fin of each half bracket allow fastening to the form boards.

It is capable in its application, of helping the user produce both simply designed or very complex pours of plasticized materials.
