  • Publication number: 20240111280
Abstract: A system may provide a plurality of communication modes to a remote server system and provide remote control and monitoring of the system via two-way communication. The system may communicate with an alarm processor of an alarm system. The system may determine a communication mode to provide communication between the alarm system and the remote server. The system may send status and alarm conditions to the remote server, and the system may send control signals to the alarm system. The remote server may provide a pre-determined response to information received from the alarm system, for example the alarm system may provide alarm system condition information to a user or a monitoring station for response.

  • Publication number: 20240099720
Abstract: An occlusive device can include a segment including an open end and a proximal end. The occlusive device can include a push wire that is positioned proximal of the proximal end. The occlusive device can include a detachment feature that is attached to the push wire via a detachment groove. The occlusive device can include a sleeve surrounding the push wire. In a non-deployed configuration, the sleeve can surround the detachment feature and prevent release of the proximal end of the segment from the push wire. In a deployed configuration, the proximal end can be flush with a proximal end of the spherical cavity.

  • Publication number: 20240065699
Abstract: An endovascular implant detachment mechanism is disclosed that can include an endovascular implant, a connector, a push wire, and one or more lock wires. The connector can be attached to a pinched end of the implant and can include an aperture at a second end. The connector can include a generally circular cavity distal to the aperture. The push wire can have a distal end including one or more slotted openings and configured to fit into the aperture in a first orientation. The one or more lock wires can be configured to fit into the aperture while the distal end of the push wire is in a second orientation. Axial rotation of the push wire can cause the distal end of the push wire to move from the first orientation into the second orientation and secure the push wire to the implant.

  • Publication number: 20230397913
Abstract: An endovascular detachment mechanism can include an endovascular implant including an open end and a pinched end, a connector positioned approximate the pinched end, a lock wire, and an outer coil surrounding the lock wire. The lock wire can include a distal end engaged within the connector and a threaded portion having a radius larger than the lock wire. The outer coil be engaged to the threaded portion. Axial rotation of the threaded portion can cause the lock wire to translate proximally with respect to the outer coil to thereby disengage the distal end of the lock wire from the connector. The mechanism can include an inner coil and an outer coil, and axial rotation of the inner coil with respect to the outer coil can cause the distal end of the lock wire to disengage from the connector.

  • Publication number: 20230309989
Abstract: An assembly includes an insertion device and a suture delivery device. The insertion device includes a longitudinal guide member extending from a proximal end to a distal tip. The tip includes an abutting structure movable between insertion and open positions. The structure is sized and shaped to contact tissue surrounding the tissue opening into which the insertion device has been inserted to maintain a desired position of the insertion device within the opening. The delivery device includes a body and a tube. The tube extends along a curved path configured so that, as the tube is rotated about the member, the tube penetrates tissue surrounding the opening into which the member has been inserted. A distal extension of the tube is configured so that, when the tube has been advanced distally to a distal-most position on the member, a distal end of the tube is proximal of the structure.
