Abstract: A water leak detection and active surveillance system applied to one or more single or multiple-story buildings that timely alerts and contacts a decision maker(s) of the leak so that that corrective intervention may be implemented. The system includes multiple water detection endpoints and a base station that is connected by wireless transmission or other communication means. The system also includes a central server which augments the alarms with text messaging and emails as well as maintains a customer database of all water incidents and alarming procedures. The system also monitors the functionality (operating health) of all detection components. The system also provides proprietary access to the database by qualified users through an internet portal. The system includes the capability to implement a water shutoff action to the water source of the affected building. The system can also operate in mixed mode detection where it can detect a combination of alarm conditions such as smoke, motion, etc.

The form also includes a second edge portion having a second number of pressure sensitive adhesive patches disposed thereon. The mailer form is configured such that during advancement of the mailer form between the first roller and the second roller (i) the mailer form is folded by the first roller and the second roller such that the first number of pressure sensitive adhesive patches are aligned with the second number of pressure sensitive adhesive patches, and (ii) both the first number of pressure sensitive adhesive patches and the second number of pressure sensitive adhesive patches are aligned with the number of sealing projections of the second roller.

Abstract: A sheet receiving sorting device or mailbox has a sheet infeed including a short, pivoted distributor to direct sheets from the infeed, selectively or in sequence, to the input ends of an array of sheet guides extending at angles radiating from the center of the infeed outwardly to the inlet ends of a vertical stack of trays. At the sheet infeed ends of the trays are drive rolls for carrying the sheets into the trays depending upon the positioning of the distributor with respect to the array of sheet guides. The frame structure enables removal of the guides for sheet jam removal.

Abstract: A random access sheet receiver has pairs or sets of trays for receiving sheets arranged in vertically spaced relation and extending horizontally in opposite directions from a central sheet path defined by gates and feed rollers and extending vertically between the sheet inlet ends of the trays. Each set of trays may have one or a plurality of trays of selected sheet capacity. A double acting actuator is employed to selectively actuate any gate or deflector randomly to direct sheets in a selected direction into a selected tray.
