    Abstract: An article or an assembly comprising first and second structural members, and a plurality of offset stud fasteners securing the first and second structural members together. The first structural member preferably comprises a pair of spaced, channel-shaped uprights, each having a plurality of like-oriented, elongated openings therein, wherein each opening has a circular first or upper portion, a circular second or lower portion of smaller diameter than that of the first portion, and a keyway of restricted width connecting the first and second portions. The second structural member has therein a plurality of longitudinally extending openings, each having an upper portion and a lower portion which is larger than the upper portion.
