  • Patent number: 6578938
Abstract: A combination toolchest and workbench has a base member with an upper surface, and front, back and side edges. An upright rear panel with lateral edges and a top edge, is affixed to the back edge of the base member. A pair of opposed upright side panels, each having a lower edge adjacent to one of the side edges of the base, an upper edge, a forward edge, and a rear edge, are each pivotably attached to one of the lateral edges of the rear panel. The inside surfaces of at least one of the rear and side panels have tool-holding device receptors. The combination toolchest and workbench has a top member and an openable front panel. The combination toolchest and workbench can thus present an array of tools in a securable enclosure.

Abstract: The invention is a combination toolchest/workbench. The toolchest/workbench has a base member with an upper surface, and front, back and side edges. The inside surfaces of at least certain of the rear and side panels have tool-holding device receptors. The toolchest/workbench has a top member and an openable front panel. The toolchest/workbench can thus present an array of tools in a securable enclosure.

  • Patent number: 4682993
Abstract: An air filter system, with a replaceable cartridge, suitable for use in controlled environment systems such as computer information storage and retrieval devices. The system provides ease of maintenance, while providing a highly sanitized air stream to an optical device, over prolonged periods of operation, for temperature control of temperature sensitive areas. The system is comprised of a housing plenum located in the controlled environment system, the housing having a sliding filter tray, a plurality of air flow ports and a spring biased valve gate. When the filter tray is fully inserted in the housing, the valve gate is forced open so that the air flow is into the controlled environment, but when fully retracted the valve gate closes, causing the air to exit the system through an exhaust port.

  • Patent number: 4502099
Abstract: An improved cooling system for electronic components wherein an air supply housing with two openings cooperates with a manifold with one opening to allow air distribution from the air supply housing through the manifold to a card cage both while the manifold is closed for normal operation and while the manifold is extended to allow maintenance of the electronic components. When the manifold is closed for normal operation, the first opening in the air supply housing is blocked by the manifold and air flows into the manifold through the second opening. When the manifold is extended for maintenance, air flows into the manifold through the first opening and the second opening is blocked by a flapper which swings down over the second air supply housing opening.

  • Patent number: 4043113
Abstract: Electric watch has its battery held in the battery block in the watch module by means of a retainer spring which resiliently engages the batteries to urge them into proper installed position. Fingers on the spring resiliently engage in the spacer block to provide the spring retaining force. The fingers can be manually disengaged from the back of the spacer block for retainer spring and battery removal.
