Abstract: A locking loop to be positioned on a member. The locking loop includes a first body segment having an inner end and an outer end, and a second body segment having an inner end and an outer end, the first and second body segments being adapted for assembly to form a central segment. The locking loop also includes an elongate element having a first end and a second end. The elongate element extends between the outer ends of the first and second body segments when the first and second body segments are located at the first and second ends respectively, so that the member is encircleable by the locking loop upon assembly of the central segment. Also, the locking loop includes two or more tools for engagement with the central segment to tighten an assembly of the first and second body segments, and to loosen the assembly thereof.
