  • Patent number: 12675208
Abstract: A customer management system can be designed to provide an integrated smart graphical user interface. For example, a computing device can receive information that includes a topic of conversation for a chat-based communication; initiate, via a first graphical user interface (GUI), the chat-based communication with another computing device after the information is received; display, via a second GUI, the user profile associated with the person, wherein the second GUI is displayed adjacent to and integrated with the first GUI; determine a relationship between one or more words or phrases received via the first GUI from the first computing device and the additional information in the user profile, where the relationship is determined in real-time or near real-time as the one or more words or phrases are received; and display a visual indicator in the second GUI that shows content in the second GUI that is relevant to the determined relationship.

  • Patent number: 12657327
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a compliance solution for data storage (e.g., in compliance with a more restrictive solution chosen from among a plurality of storage solutions) are disclosed herein. The methods include receiving a request to store data, accessing a first set of jurisdictional rules applicable to storage of the data, accessing a second set of jurisdictional rules applicable to storage of the data that is divergent from the first set of jurisdiction rules with respect to storage of the data, determining that a first jurisdictional restriction among the first set of jurisdictional rules applicable to storage of the data is more restrictive than a first jurisdictional restriction among the second set of jurisdictional rules applicable to storage of the data, and storing the data in compliance with the first jurisdictional restriction among the first set of jurisdictional rules applicable to storage of the data.

  • Patent number: 12587598
Abstract: An authentication service proofs a user by identifying expected interactions and/or interaction characteristics of the user with an interactive voice response system. Specifically, during an interactive voice response (IVR) system session, an initial proofing of a user via one or more credentials supplied by the user via the IVR system session is performed. Interactions by the user with the IVR system are tracked. After the initial proofing of the user, response datasets are recorded, providing an indication of the tracked interactions by the user and an association of a user account of the user in a response data store. Periodically, the response datasets are accessed and interaction-based proofing data rules are generated based at least in part upon the accessed response datasets. The interaction-based proofing data rules are provided for subsequent proofing of the user based upon subsequent actions of the user.

  • Patent number: 12384383
Abstract: A system may include sensors that may acquire health data related to an individual. The system may also include a processor that may receive trip data associated with a current location of the individual and a destination location for the individual, traffic condition data associated with routes between the current location and the destination location, and weather related data associated with the routes. The processor may also receive the health data from the sensors and determine whether the individual is associated with a driver assessment score above a threshold based on the trip data, the traffic condition data, the weather data, the health data, or any combination thereof. The processor may then send an activation signal to a vehicle control system in response to the driver assessment score being above the threshold, such that the activation signal may enable the vehicle control system to control operations of a vehicle.

  • Patent number: 12199964
Abstract: A user specific tic behavior detection-based method and system of performing an authentication of video of a person in order to authorize access to a secured resource. The user provides audio and/or video data in which they exhibit one or more tic behaviors. When a person later requests access to the user's account, the system and method are configured to capture a video and/or audio recording of the person requesting access. The data is evaluated to determine whether the previously detected tic behavior is present. If the tic behavior is present, the system determines the image or voice is authentic and can verify an identity of the person. • Patent number: 12189732
Abstract: A sound-based method and system of performing an authentication of a person in order to permit access to a secured resource is disclosed. The system and method are configured to transmit an audio signal to a remotely located smart device. When the smart device produces the audio signal, a nearby computing device captures the audio signal and provides the captured audio data to an authentication platform. The audio data is compared to the transmitted audio signal. The system can determine whether there is a match between the captured audio data and the transmitted audio data. If there is a match, the system verifies an identity of the person and can further be configured to automatically grant the person access to one or more services, features, or information for which he or she is authorized.

  • Patent number: 12033149
Abstract: A payment card security system includes a payment card provider account system communicatively coupled to a payment card transaction device and a mobile device. The payment card transaction device sends an indication that a payment card is being used to perform a transaction. The payment card provider account system includes processors that receive the indication that the payment card is being used to perform the transaction from the payment card transaction device. The processors also send a notification indicating that the payment card is being used to perform the transaction. The processors further enable authorization of the transaction via the mobile device. In this manner, the payment card security system may prevent or reduce the occurrence of suspicious transactions as they are occurring, rather than waiting until after they have occurred.
