Abstract: The invention is a cooking device and method that includes a editable computerized recipe database to improve and more efficiently manage and control, in real-time; many types of cooking or heating processes, including the cooking of food. It can also be used for the carrying out of general purpose Temperature-time heating experiments. The user has access to a wide range of controllable temperature-time pair choices included in the recipe databases. Each of these controllable specific temperature-time pairs, produce a unique final product. It provides recipe management and controls and records all cooking/heating experiments.
