  • Publication number: 20090223013
Abstract: A water delivery and vacuum retrieval system includes a rotatable boom for mounting on and rotation over a pressure cleaning apparatus. The boom has a rigid conduit extending from a free end to a freely-rotating housing. The boom also has a flexible conduit loosely fitted in the rigid conduit with the flexible conduit extending from the free end of the rigid conduit to a freely-rotating fluid coupling in the housing. The housing and fluid coupling are configured for independent rotation. In use, air space in the housing is placed in fluid communication with a vacuum portion of the pressure cleaning apparatus while the fluid coupling is placed in fluid communication with a water dispensing portion of the pressure cleaning apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20090223014
Abstract: A gum removal tool's open-ended housing defines a chamber. A turbo nozzle is mounted in the chamber with its output end facing the open end of the housing. A high-pressure water supply can be coupled to the turbo nozzle. The open end of the housing has structures/devices coupled thereto for supporting movement of the housing on a surface as well as movement of air therethrough.

  • Patent number: 6381801
Abstract: A self-propelled brushless surface cleaner with reclamation is provided as a self-contained vehicle. A cleaning head mounted to the vehicle extends forward therefrom. The cleaning head has a deck and a skirt extending from the deck such that when the skirt is placed in contact with the surface to be cleaned, a cleaning volume is defined. The cleaning head has at least one vent port formed in a forward portion thereof and at least one vacuum port formed in a rear portion thereof. Nozzles are mounted in the cleaning volume for movement therein when liquid under pressure is supplied thereto and sprayed therefrom. A liquid supply system supplies the liquid under pressure to the nozzles so that the surface to be cleaned is effectively scrubbed by the liquid to produce a mixture of the liquid and contaminants loosened from the surface to be cleaned.
