  • Publication number: 20030075887
Abstract: A convertible hand truck convertible between a two wheel hand cart for vertically loading of materials and a four wheel hand cart providing a horizontal material loading platform. The wheel structure for providing the four wheel configuration is pivotably secured to the two wheel structure and movable between the two wheel and four wheel configurations. The two wheel configuration mounts locking means for locking up the wheel structure for the four wheel configuration thereto. The locking means is constructed and defined with minimum parts and operable between locking and unlocking position based on sliding action to minimize wear on the locking means. Release means are provided that are operative with the user's foot to release the locking means to permit the wheel structure for the four wheel configuration to be released from a locked up position, hands free, to commence the reconfiguration to the four wheel cart.

  • Patent number: 5451062
Abstract: A method for playing a card game in which the card deck has four series of numerical value cards, such as each series ranking from "2" through "20". Each player is dealt a predetermined number of cards. The remaining cards form a draw pile, and one card from the draw pile is turned face up to start a separate discard pile. The dealer then selects from his or her hand or from the discard pile cards the numerical value of which may be divided in half by the numbers of other selected cards or may be used to divide in half the numbers of other selected cards and plays them on the playing surface in a vertical row. The player may alternatively select from the sequential order and play in separate vertical rows on the playing surface matching cards the numbers of which cannot be used to divide in half the number of another card or to be used to be divided in half by the number of another card by placing one matching card uppermost and another matching card lowermost in a vertical row.
