  • Publication number: 20160368662
Abstract: An interlocking, leak-proof, stackable storage container assembly contains a sealing plug and a plurality of storage containers. The sealing plug is designed to create an airtight seal when positioned within an opening. In order to do so, the sealing plug consists of a first sealing ring, a second sealing ring, and a lip. Each of the plurality of storage containers contains a neck portion, an opening, a body portion, and a base portion. The opening perpendicularly traverses into the neck portion allowing the user to place and remove items within each of the plurality of storage containers. When required, the sealing plug is placed within the opening. Next, a protective cap is used to surround the sealing plug. If multiple storage containers are to be used, a base interlocking mechanism and a neck interlocking mechanism is used for interlocking each of the plurality of storage containers.

  • Patent number: 9431138
Abstract: A method for producing uniform activity targets according to an embodiment of the invention may include arranging a plurality of targets in a holding device having an array of compartments, each target being assigned to a compartment based on a known flux of a reactor core so as to facilitate an appropriate exposure of the targets to the flux based on target placement within the array of compartments. The holding device may be positioned within the reactor core to irradiate the targets. The method may be used to produce brachytherapy and/or radiography targets (e.g., seeds, wafers) in a reactor core such that the targets have relatively uniform activity.

  • Publication number: 20160094390
Abstract: One or more techniques and/or systems are provided for dynamic data access configuration. For example, a mapping may be maintained for compute nodes of a distributed processing system. The mapping may comprise access permission assignments of at least some compute nodes to shared data segments (e.g., read access and/or write access permissions). The mapping may be updated based upon configuration changes for the distributed processing system (e.g., addition of a new compute node, failure of a compute node, granting or removal of access to a shared data segment for an existing compute node, etc.). The updated mapping may be applied to the distributed processing system during operation of the distributed processing system (e.g., access may be granted to original instances of shared data segments based upon the configuration change; compute nodes and/or the distributed processing system may be kept online and operational while applying the configuration change; etc.).

  • Publication number: 20160052673
Abstract: The interlocking, leak-proof storage container assembly includes a lid and a plurality of containers. Let us consider a primary container and a secondary container from the plurality of containers, wherein the primary container is positioned above the secondary container. The lid is utilized to cover an opening of the primary container. A first threading of the primary container engages with a second threading of the lid such that the lid is securely attached to the primary container. When the primary container is interlocked to the secondary container, an opening of the secondary container is concealed by a base section of the primary container. In doing so, a base engagement threading of the primary container engages with a first threading of the secondary container. A carrying case is utilized to store and secure the containers which can have multiple configurations. A cool pack container is used when transporting perishable items.
