    Abstract: During the cleaning of a beverage dispense line from a beverage container to a beverage dispenser, beverage is conserved by transferring beverage from the beverage dispense line to a beverage holding vessel, other than the beverage container, prior to cleaning of the dispense line. The beverage dispense line is then cleaned and the beverage from the beverage holding vessel is subsequently returned to the beverage dispense line.
