  • Publication number: 20080039565
Abstract: A method and composition for making a RTV organopolysiloxane composition including mixing in the following preferable order: at least one organopolysiloxane polymer molecule (component A), an organic silicon compound (component D), an organic silicon compound (component E), a first portion of an amino-functional silane or derivative of such substance (component C1), a finely divided hydrophobised silica filler (component B1), a finely divided hydrophilic silica filler (component B2), a second portion of an amino-functional silane or derivative of such substance, and an organic imine curing catalyst.

  • Publication number: 20070076193
Abstract: Laser scanners are used for determining deformation in vehicle bodies and the like, using a laser scanning apparatus in conjunction with a plurality of coded targets suspended from (or in known relationship to) known reference points on the vehicle to calculate three dimensional spatial coordinates defining the actual positions of the targets, and to compare such calculated positions with manufacturer-provided specification values. The present invention provides improved signal collection through the use of an independent synchronization circuit that uses a fiber optic cable for signal collection; improved component isolation through the use of a mounting plate and isolation mounts; improved component alignment through the use of easier and more reliable alignment mechanisms; and improved data collection and processing through the use of onboard data averaging and filtering.

  • Publication number: 20060062879
Abstract: An improved dough-rolling apparatus and method for rolling sheeted dough. The proposed invention comprises a dough-rolling apparatus having a dough sheeter, a sheeting conveyor having a ramped section, a roll-initiating curtain positioned above the ramped section, and a roll-completing curtain positioned above the conveyor and downstream from the roll-initiating conveyor. Sheeted and cut dough pieces are deposited onto a steel mesh, partially-ramped sheeter belt, where two wire-mesh rolling curtains are draped onto the sheeter belt to induce rolling of the dough pieces.

  • Publication number: 20060063121
Abstract: A containment apparatus for a multi-pass oven consisting of guide rails and tapered guide chutes having side rails. A tapered guide chute directs product pieces from one conveyor to the center of a receiving region of an underlying conveyor. Guide rails are placed along the sides of the receiving region of an underlying conveyor and maintain baking product pieces on the conveyor. Diverters on the distal end of each guide rail further move product pieces toward the center of the conveyor. Such diverters help ensure that pieces reach a subsequent guide chute or subsequent conveyor without falling off of the conveyor. Such guide rails, diverters, and guide chutes help prevent damage to, and loss of, product pieces while pieces pass through the oven. Guide rails, diverters, and guide chutes are particularly effective at maintaining round or cylindrical pieces within a multi-pass oven.
