Abstract: A carrier assembly includes a hitch post configured to be received by a vehicle trailer hitch. A first track assembly includes a first member and a second member. A second track assembly includes a third member and a fourth member. The first and third members are coupled to the hitch post to define a platform and the second and fourth members are rotatably coupled to the respective first and third members to define a rotatable ramp. A third track assembly is positioned on the ramp between the second and fourth members. An arm extends between the third and fourth members.
