Abstract: A pet exercise and training apparatus is described, the apparatus comprising a hollow tube comprising a first end and a second end, the first end comprising a handle assembly comprising a cord winding area, cord retention notch, and cord toggle. A cord runs longitudinally the length of the tube from the first end to the second end, exiting an aperture on the second end. A toy attached to the cord provides a pet exercise and training apparatus capable of use in small spaces, and which may be employed by persons of limited mobility. Additionally, the present application presents an apparatus capable of employing food based incentives.
