Patent number: 8375638Abstract: A roller door system includes a roller assembly configured to mount directly to a panel and move along a complementary upper guide. In particular, the roller assembly can be coupled to a coupling member embedded in the panel. The roller assembly, when coupled with the panel, can provide a smooth gliding motion for the panel.Type: GrantFiled: October 10, 2011Date of Patent: February 19, 2013Assignee: 3form, Inc.Inventors: Guillaume Martin, Venugopal R. Ghatikar, Christopher A Luomanen, Jeremy Porter, William Gatti, Brian Hillstrom, R. Talley Goodson

Patent number: 8371460Abstract: A variable angle panel mounting system can include at least one variable-angle panel mounting member, which in turn includes an elongate support member and an angularly-adjustable mounting plate adapted to secure an end of the elongate support member to a plurality of mounting surface angles. In some embodiments, the variable angle panel mounting system may also include a pressure-fit mounting system. These components can provide the ability to angularly and vertically adjust the variable-angle panel mounting member between opposing support surfaces.Type: GrantFiled: March 23, 2012Date of Patent: February 12, 2013Assignee: 3form, Inc.Inventors: Venugopal R. Ghatikar, William Gatti, Michael Damen, Guillaume Martin

Publication number: 20120181402Abstract: Adjustable bushing assemblies for mounting panels to a support surface include an upper bushing and a lower bushing. The upper bushing is configured to be secured to the lower bushing and prevent over tightening of a fastener secured through the upper and lower bushings. In addition, systems of at least one implementation of the present invention include a plurality of panels mounted to one or more support surfaces using one or more adjustable bushing assemblies.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 19, 2011Publication date: July 19, 2012Applicant: 3FORM, INC.Inventors: Danielle M. Putz, William Gatti, Brian Hillstrom, Bryan K. Harris

Publication number: 20120053960Abstract: A centralized pharmacy business method which comprises forming a business alliance between a centralized pharmacy, one or more satellite pharmacists/facility directors, and a shipping service. Optionally, the centralized pharmacy and the shipping service are located “end of runway,” which means that the shipping service is co-located with or in close proximity to the centralized pharmacy. The satellite pharmacists/facility directors preferably accrue incentives based on recruiting one or more customer bases. Maintenance prescription orders are received and filled by the centralized pharmacy and delivered to the respective customer base. Acute prescription orders are received and filled by the satellite pharmacy of the pharmacists/facility directors near the customer base and delivered to the respective customer base.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 11, 2011Publication date: March 1, 2012Applicant: MILLENNIUM PHARMACY SYSTEMS, INC.Inventors: William Gatti, Gary Duty

Publication number: 20120031008Abstract: A roller door system includes one or more sets of rollers configured to mount to a panel frame member on an upper end of a panel, and move through a complementary upper guide. A lower side of the panel frame can also be guided through one or more bottom tracks. These components, when coupled with the resin panel, can provide the ability to provide a smooth gliding motion for the resin panel door. In addition, the frame in which the panel is mounted can be configured with one or more components to accommodate the unique expansion and contraction properties of resin materials, and thus allow a stable, long term mounting solution. The upper guide and the lower track can also be configured with one or more components or mechanisms for pitch adjustment, as well as to adjust for uneven or irregular mounting surfaces.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 10, 2011Publication date: February 9, 2012Applicant: 3FORM, INC.Inventors: Guillaume Martin, Venugopal R. Patent number: 7607854Abstract: A variable angle standoff in accordance with an implementation of the present invention includes one or more bearing interfaces, which, in concert with other beveled components (e.g., beveled rings), fastens about a wide range of panel and/or object dimensions. In one implementation, a threaded fastener is inserted through a first bearing interface, which interfaces with a first beveled ring. The threaded fastener further threads through one or more panel and/or object eyelets, through a second beveled ring, through a second bearing interface, and ultimately into a standoff shaft. Despite relatively tight fastening of the threaded fastener to the standoff shaft, the first and second beveled rings can accommodate object curvature by rotating in any of an X, Y, and/or Z dimension, as needed.Type: GrantFiled: June 14, 2006Date of Patent: October 27, 2009Assignee: 3form, Inc.Inventors: R.
