  • Patent number: 10147996
Abstract: A method for manufacturing an electronic device including configuring one or more circuit boards with a plurality of antennas connected to at least one circuit board having wire securing slots. The electronic device having vertical orientation and an outer casing including a case bottom piece, a case top front piece, and a case top back piece. Features include providing staging slots in the case top back piece holding the board at an angle with respect to the interior surface of the case top back piece to permit connections to the circuit board which includes connecting antenna wires to connectors on the circuit board having antenna wires secured in wire securing slots prior to connecting to antenna connectors. The circuit board attached to only one side wall of one of the case front top piece or the case top back piece.

  • Patent number: 5351018
Abstract: A television receiver powered by an alternating current power source includes an electrically conductive chassis coupled to one side of the AC source, a radio frequency tuner coupled to the chassis, and a coaxial cable having an inner conductor and an outer shielding conductor for supplying filtered radio frequency signals to the tuner. The outer conductor is comprised of an electrically conductive housing circumposing the inner conductor for at least a portion of its longitudinal length, and providing electrical connection and mechanical support for the cable assembly. Filtering of the signal is provided by one or more ferrite beads disposed about the outer conductor, and capristor/capacitor devices.

  • Patent number: 4303095
Abstract: A low-differential pressure delay valve for vacuum controlled devices is disclosed. The valve has input, output and third chambers with the following: a controlled flow orifice in a separating plate between the input and output chambers; a port in the separating plate; a diaphragm operator sealingly positioned between the input and third chambers; a hollow stem with a seal on one end which stem communicates the output and third chambers by extending through the separating port, input chamber and the diaphragm, the stem is connected to and operative by the diaphragm operator; and, a bias spring of any predetermined force to maintain the port in a closed position is located in either the input or third chambers. The diaphragm operator opens the port to balance the pressures in the input and output chambers when the change in input pressure or vacuum is both greater than the bias force of the spring and too sudden for rapid dissipation through the fixed orifice.
