  • Publication number: 20260017985
Abstract: A system comprises a video capture module to acquire a video, a preprocessing module to enhance video quality and isolate regions of interest within the video, and a biometric data extraction module using remote photoplethysmography to extract heartbeat and SpO2 levels from the video. A machine learning module analyzes the extracted biometric data for liveness and deepfake detection, a verification module to compare the analyzed data against known biometric signatures, and a user interface to display analysis results and alerts.

  • Publication number: 20250355995
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for implementing a secure hypercontainer system for containerized applications. In an embodiment, a method may comprise executing a hypercontainer system including an encapsulated software application environment having built-in intelligent security features. The method may include receiving a request for processing by an application hosted at the hypercontainer system in a first intelligent data container (IDC), the first IDC including software container executing the application, evaluating the request via a mini security manager integrated in the first IDC to determine if the request includes a security threat, rejecting the request without processing by the application when the request includes the security threat, and processing the request by the application and returning a response when the request does not include the security threat.

  • Publication number: 20220396777
Abstract: In certain example embodiments, the invention provides a method of generating an ex vivo cell-based system comprising dissociating an original tissue sample obtained from a subject into a single cell population; determining an in vivo phenotype of the tissue sample by conducting single-cell RNA analysis on a first portion of the single cells; establishing an ex vivo cell-based system from a second portion of the single cells; and culturing the ex vivo cell-based system in a medium or conditions selected to maintain the in vivo phenotype. In some embodiments, the original tissue sample is a tumor tissue sample, such as a pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) tumor sample.

  • Publication number: 20220090083
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to compositions and methods for the diagnosis and treatment or prevention of EGLN1-dependent cancers. In particular, the instant disclosure provides for identification of a cancer as EGLN1-dependent, and selection and/or administration of an inhibitor of EGLN1 or VHL (Von Hippel-Lindau Tumor Suppressor) as a therapeutic agent for such a cancer and/or subject having or at risk of developing such a cancer.

  • Publication number: 20110243910
Abstract: The invention provides compositions comprising a TERT-RMRP or TERT-RNA complex and methods of treating subjects with genetic diseases in which gene silencing is either increased by administering the compositions of the invention or decreased by administering an inhibitor of the RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRP) activity of these compositions. Moreover, the invention provides methods of screening for agonists and antagonists of RdRP activity and TERT-RMRP complex formation. Finally, the invention provides a method of identifying a RNA molecule that forms a complex with a TERT polypeptide and has RdRP activity.
