Abstract: A hinged closure for a refuse container, the closure including a main panel portion (12) having opposed side edges (13,14) with dovetail like ribs or tongues (41), and the closure further including two side members (20, 30) each of which have grooves (42) adapted to be associated with a respective side edges of the main panel portion for a releasable connection. The main panel portion is connected to the side members by sliding the ribs in the grooves until pivot mounting hole portions of the both the panel portion and side members are aligned to form a pin mounting sleeve (45). The side members provide increased rigidity and reinforcement to the pivotally mounted closure.

Abstract: A method of managing preset and bespoke projects efficiently within a collaborative environment that utilises intranets and or the internet to convey data and messages. In one expression of utility a method of commercialising of proposed intellectual property rights comprising five steps is disclosed. The steps are identifying and protecting intellectual property associated with the invention; developing a prototype product and or end user products based on the intellectual property rights being pursued; identifying and/or developing potential markets for the products; determining a preferred route to market for the products; and, depending on the preferred mute to market, either licensing the invention to 3rd parties and or establishing new companies to bring products to market directly. Also disclosed is a system (10) for implementing the method.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for the rapid cooling of screen masks used in the fabrication of semiconductor components is provided. The method and apparatus use a specially designed cooling plate which is contacted with a mask frame holding the screening mask. After a heated cleaning step which cleans the mask frame and screening mask of metal paste used in the screening operation, the cooling plate having one or more concave lower surfaces contacts the upper surfaces of the mask frame and bends the mask frame in the shape of the concave surfaces. This ensures intimate contact between the cooling plate and mask frame and enhances the thermal efficiency of the cooling step.

Abstract: A latch assembly which is suitable for use with doors, windows and other movable members adapted for movement between one or more positions, the assembly including a latch bolt (12) movable between an extended position and a retracted position and a bolt actuating mechanism (20) operable to cause the movement of the latch bolt, the bolt actuating mechanism including drive means (22) and a control member (30) which operatively interconnects the latch bolt and the drive means, the control member including a latch bolt mounting region which enables the latch bolt to be operatively connected to the control member in selected one of a plurality of mounting positions.
