  • Publication number: 20250049904
Abstract: The present application is directed to immunomodulatory compositions comprising invariant NKT cell (iNKT cell) agonist compounds that induce expansion of tissue resident memory T-cells (Trm Cells) in combination with an immune stimulator agent that enhances an immune response to a target antigen or a polynucleotide encoding the immune stimulator. The iNKT agonists are ?-GalCer analogue compounds modified at the 6 position of the galactose ring. The immune stimulator is an antigen or an mRNA encoding an antigen to create a vaccine formulation. These combinations are used in the treatment of infection or cancer in a subject, or to enrich the number of Trm cells in the liver of a subject.

  • Publication number: 20070087285
Abstract: Compositions characterized by the presence of an aqueous base-soluble polymer having aromatic moieties and a refractive index value n of less than 1.5 with respect to a radiation wavelength of 193 nm have been found which are especially useful as top antireflective coatings in 193 nm dry lithographic processes. Polymers with an ethylenic backbone and having fluorine and sulfonic acid moieties have been found to be especially useful. The compositions enable top reflection control at 193 nm while providing ease of use by virtue of their solubility in aqueous alkaline developer solutions.

  • Publication number: 20060042642
Abstract: A thumb-sucking deterrent device which is characterized in a first preferred embodiment by a typically plastic base or plate which is flexible or pre-formed to conform to the curvature of a thumbnail or fingernail and at least one protuberance projecting from the opposite surface of the plate, such that the plate can be glued to a child's thumbnail or fingernail and thus utilized to deter thumb and finger-sucking behavior. A method of deterring thumb-sucking and finger-sucking which includes the steps of providing a flexible or pre-formed plate which substantially conforms to the curvature of the thumbnail or fingernail of a child, providing at least one upward-standing protuberance on the opposite surface of the plate and gluing the plate to the thumbnail or fingernail, wherein the protuberance contacts the tongue when the child inserts the thumb or the finger and the thumb-sucking deterrent device inside the mouth.
