  • Publication number: 20060138792
Abstract: A tool includes different tool heads, and an angularly adjustable handle. The angular adjustability allows better ergonomic body posture during use, thus reducing stress, injury and pain, and also allows multiple functions for each tool. The handle comfortably receives a user's hand, with the user's thumb or forefinger located at a release button. The release button is conveniently located on the handle, is easily actuated and is sized to be big enough to be actuated by the end of a finger, but not big enough to be inadvertently actuated by the contact surface of a hand or finger(s) when the handle is being gripped. The release button is spring-biased and includes teeth that inter-engage with teeth on the tool head to latchingly hold a selected angular position, and potentially includes a resilient cover encasing the handle and the release button.

  • Publication number: 20050224433
Abstract: A wall storage system is provided that is surprisingly versatile, durable, simple, and low cost. It includes perforated panels and rails, and multiple accessories, many of which can be used on standard peg board. Various perforated rail configurations are shown, including a preferred C-shaped rail with flat front and perpendicular top and bottom flanges. The versatility of the rail allows it to be wall-hung horizontally or vertically, or to be used in a floor-supported free-standing unit. Numerous accessories, many being one-piece formed wire, are configured to stably engage the rail and panel apertures, including an outwardly extending peg with swaged or notched end, and a second bent wire handle holder that rotatably engages the rail. A variety of bracket, shelving, and basket accessories can also be attached to the present rail and panel system, many being mountable without additional components. Anchoring and stabilizing clips are provided for heavy-duty brackets.

  • Publication number: 20050092704
Abstract: A novel approach for storage organizers is shown whereby a storage organizer is optimized to be installed in between exposed studs, or alternatively, onto a flat wall surface, or a pegboard surface. The embodiment of the present invention is compatible with all three modes of installation. Additionally, another embodiment of a storage organizer invention is shown whereby two components are used to form a pronged storage organizer that is mountable onto a wall or exposed stud. The alternate embodiment discloses the usage of a specially formed set of pronged arms and connecting body that compatibly fold up when not in use, and which are conveniently deployed to an open position when desired.

  • Publication number: 20050029825

The angular adjustability allows better ergonomic body posture during use, thus reducing stress and injury, and also allows multiple functions for each tool. The handle comfortably receives a user's hand, with the user's thumb or forefinger located at a release button. The release button is spring-biased and includes teeth that inter-engage with teeth on the tool head to latchingly hold a selected angular position. A resilient cover encases the handle and the release button, preventing dirt from entering the button area to prevent jamming. The covering slips onto the handle and includes an annular lip that stretches over an end surface to retain the covering on the handle. The cultivator includes tines that, by adjusting an angle of the handle, extend in a direction parallel the handle but offset therefrom, or that extend at an angle to the handle.
