Abstract: A mold is provided for forming cookies and cakes into a cup-like shape. The mold has a base mold having an interior cavity which is positioned to surround dough on a support surface; An insert is positionable within the interior cavity to an inserted position. The insert in the inserted position forms a cup-like area of the interior cavity forming the dough to that shape for baking to provide a baked good, such as a cookie or cake with a cup-like shape.

Abstract: System and method of bioprinting used to enable automated fabrication of various constructs with high reproducibility and scalability, while reducing costs and production timelines. The bioprinting applications provides a critical component to the further enrichment the overall biomanufacturing paradigm. The biofabrication of sheet-like implantable constructs and other construct types with cells deposited on both sides—a process that may be both scaffold and cell type agnostic, and furthermore, is amenable to many additional tissue engineering applications beyond skeletal muscle.

The coaster base may grip the bottom of the drinking receptacle and provide support to the drinking receptacle. In an embodiment, the upper ring and coaster base have an interior lining of rubber or plastic with a high coefficient of friction. In an embodiment, the lid, the ring and the coaster base are each generally coaxial.
