Abstract: Exemplary embodiments are directed to electronically computing and indicating queue characteristics for electronic terminals (e.g., POS terminals) in a specified environment, such as a store. In exemplary embodiments, queue-related information from one or more sources is received, code is executed to process the queue-related information. One or more queue characteristics are identified and/or generated for active electronic terminals in a store based on the queue-related information. Indicators are programmatically associated with the active electronic terminals to indicate the queue characteristics to one or more users to assist the one or more user in selecting one of the active electronic terminals at which to enter a transaction.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure can analyze image(s) of pill son a tray captured by an imaging device to count the quantity of pills dispensed on the tray; generate visual proof of inventory fills for controlled substance reporting; validate correctness of items, by color, size, shape, inscription; and/or detect foreign objects, such as broken pills, incorrect pills, and/or other objects on tray. The image(s) can be augmented based on the analysis of the image(s) and augmented image(s) can be rendered on a display.

Abstract: A method for authentication checking comprises receiving an authentication verification request for accessing an application. The authentication verification request includes a user identification, a device identification and an application identification. A validity of the authentication verification request is determined based on at least a last known authentication information, and a first subset of an application policy rule-set specific to the user identification and the device identification, if the application policy rule-set permits cross-application authentication; otherwise the validity is determined based on at least a second subset of the application policy rule-set specific to the user identification, the device identification and the application identification. Access to the application is enabled if the validity of the authentication verification request is true; otherwise a new authentication is requested.

Abstract: A system and computer implemented method for use with an user device in communications with an enterprise system (ES) in a workplace, includes: tracking data volume and usage times, via a data volume tracker application, of one or more enterprise software applications in the user device; storing the data volume, duration of usage times and actual date and time of usage in a memory wherein the data volume tracker application differentiates the stored data transferred to and from each service provider, for each connection type and for each of the enterprise software applications; and periodically reporting the stored data to a central computer of the ES, wherein the data volume tracker application, the enterprise software applications and the memory are each resident on the user device.

An electronic product search request can be received from a user and product specific information returned in response to the search request can be used by exemplary embodiments to programmatically constructs one or more electronic requests for information from one or more disparate data sources to retrieve inventory information, logistic information, and/or product location information corresponding the products identified in the product specific information. A graphical user interface can be generated by exemplary embodiments providing an integrated and formatted view of the product specific information, the inventory information, and the product location information for display.
