  • Publication number: 20240037954
Abstract: A system for monitoring vehicle traffic includes one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause a computing system to recognize, using images, at least one of a first face of a person in a facial detection zone, compare the first face to a database, identify the person as a suspicious person, and correlate the first face with a stored electronic device identifier. The computer-executable instructions further cause the computing system to access at least one personal identification database, and retrieve personal identification information of a suspicious individual by correlating information of the personal identification database with the first face or the stored electronic device identifier.

  • Publication number: 20210019645
Abstract: A method is disclosed for using artificial intelligence to determine a probability of occurrence of a subsequent incident. The method includes receiving, at a processor, an identifier associated with a person, wherein the identifier is received from a location where the person was present at a first time. The method also includes receiving information pertaining to an incident that occurred at the location where the person was present at the first time. The method also includes receiving, at a second time subsequent to the first time, the identifier associated with the person. The method also includes determining, by the processor via a trained machine learning model using the identifier and the information, the probability of occurrence of the subsequent incident. The method also includes performing, based on the probability of occurrence of the subsequent incident, a preventative action.

  • Publication number: 20070003497
Abstract: A cavitation device includes a pair of axially aligned opposing nozzles within a housing. Liquid is introduced into the nozzles at a pressure to create rotational vortices within the nozzles, causing cavitation. The thermo-physical reactions resulting from cavitation produce an increase in heat and breaking of the bonds holding large fluid arrays together. Additional cavitation is induced by a collision between the liquid outputs of the opposing nozzles to enhance mixing. By subjecting a mixture of material(s) to be dissolved in water to a cavitation device, a true solution of a lipophilic and water or stable suspension of particulate solids in water can be formed.

  • Publication number: 20060146644
Abstract: The invention provides novel micro-cluster liquids and methods for manufacturing and using them. The micro-cluster liquids comprise fractionized or micro-cluster liquids, (e.g. water, such as oxygenated micro-cluster water). The methods comprise causing cavitation of a liquid to form cavitation bubbles under a first pressure followed by depressurization to a second pressure to cause implosion and explosion of the cavitation bubbles such that acoustical energy shockwaves are created. The micro-cluster water (e.g., oxygenated micro-cluster water) is used to deliver hydration, oxygenation, or agents, such as nutritional agents or medications, and increasing overall cellular performance and exchanging liquids in the cell within minutes of consumption.
