  • Publication number: 20120012091
Abstract: A fast-assembling stove includes a stove body having two opposite sides to which two foldable cabinets of substantially the same top levels as a cooking surface are respectively coupled. Each foldable cabinet includes a collapsible frame rotatably coupled to inside and outside boards, a back board, a top board, and a bottom board coupled to circumferences of the inside and outside boards, and a front door panel. The stove body includes a cooker below which a central partition board is mounted. The inside board is shorter than the outside board, so that a gas hose extending from a gas canister received in the cabinet is allowed to extend through a gap between the top board and the inside board to couple to the cooker. A coupler mechanism is formed between top flanges of the outside board and the back board and the bottom of the top board.

  • Publication number: 20110262113
Abstract: A multi-function roaster system includes a roasting oven serving as a main body formed by two oven sidewalls to which a liftable cover is rotatably mounted. A open top grating roasting assembly is arranged at a bottom of the roasting oven. At a suitable location adjacent to an inner top of the liftable cover, an infrared heating roasting assembly is frame-supported on an oven back wall. The top fired infrared heating roasting assembly includes a reflection plate that is inclined downward in a rearward direction and is arranged at a bottom of the infrared heating roasting assembly to guide greasing dropping induced by infrared heating roasting away from an open top roasting site on a lower portion and to reflect infrared radiation to heat a bottom side of a heating grating. As such a single system allows for selection among multiple roasting modes, includes open top grating roasting and top fired infrared heating roasting.

  • Patent number: 8042567
Abstract: A gas meter is mounted between vertical and horizontal branch tubes of a gas canister valve and has an indication pointer driven by a magnetic block that is movable inside the valve to indicate a residual quantity of gas inside the canister. The gas meter includes a casing that is magnetically non-conductive and forms at a top edge of a back thereof an inverted slope surface, an upper clamp extending from opposite sides of the inverted slope surface in an upward direction to clamp the vertical branch tube, and a side clamp engageable with the horizontal branch tube. The back of the meter casing is recessed at a location opposite to and interfering with an outer top edge of an enclosure for the magnetic block to form a fitting groove that corresponds to the top edge of the enclosure.

  • Publication number: 20110049125
Abstract: A high efficiency electrical outdoor barbecue device includes plural arc reflective boards that juxtapose and are spaced from each other to define a residue discharge gap, heating tube connection end protection boxes, heating tubes, shielding screens, and roasting gratings, which are sequentially deposited, from lower side to upper side, in a roasting basin that has a top opening to which a cover is pivotally connected. Opposite ends of the heating tubes are respectively positioned in and supported by the protection boxes, which are fit into and retained by positioning cavities defined in corresponding walls of the basin. The shielding screens are set above and thus protect the heating tubes from being stained by drippings of the roasted food. The arc reflective boards are set below the heating tubes to reflect the infrared light and heat generated by the heating tubes toward the roasting gratings for fully heating the roasted foods.

  • Publication number: 20100269766
Abstract: A water heater with enhanced thermal efficiency includes a heat exchange tank, a water tank that houses the heat exchange tank and shields and isolates the heat exchange tank with a surrounding curtain of water flowing therethrough, a burner, and a blower. The burners is connected to a combustible gas outlet opening of the blower and extends from a central base of the heat exchange tank up into the heat exchange tank to form a combustion chamber within an internal cavity of the heat exchange tank. A plurality of radially arranged flame tubes extends downward from a top corner of the internal cavity and is enclosed by the water flowing inside the water tank. The flame tubes are extended to communicate an exhaust gas discharge tube set circumferentially of and separated from the base for discharging gas. • Publication number: 20100216080
Abstract: A light-spot-indication gas range switch device includes a switch knob seat to which an LED is mounted. A cam ring is fixed to a rotary shaft of a gas valve in such a way that a bulge section of an outer circumference of the cam ring corresponds to a rotation range within which a rotary switch knob opens the gas valve and a truncated section of the outer circumference corresponds to a location where the gas valve is closed. The micro-switch support bracket supports a micro-switch and is arranged in such a way that a switching tab of the micro-switch engages the outer circumference of the cam ring. When the rotary switch knob is turned to set up a range flame, the micro-switch is triggered and the LED is powered by an electrical source to give off light indicating the turning on of the gas range switch device.

  • Publication number: 20100038517
Abstract: An adjustable caster is provided for a cook stove. The caster includes a chassis that is mounted to a bottom of the stove. A curved frame is rotatably mounted to the chassis and has opposite ends to which a roller, which is engageable with ground, and an operation sleeve are respectively and rotatably mounted. An adjustment nut seat is pivoted to the chassis and forms a bore to which a nut is mounted in an aligned manner. A bolt engages with and extends through the nut to have an end thereof engaging and abutting an end of the operation sleeve, whereby rotation of the bolt with respect to the nut seat applies a pushing force to the rotation sleeve, which in turn causes the curved frame to rotate, bringing the roller into engagement with the ground and further adjusting the distance between the ground and the stove bottom.

  • Publication number: 20100027253
Abstract: A lighting device is provided for a roasting zone of an outdoor barbeque table, wherein a flap-up cover is provided for a roasting tray and has a flapping edge from which a handle projects outwards. The handle receives an electrically-powered lighting assembly therein at a suitable location for illuminating inside of the cover. With the handle is located further from the roasting zone than a wall of the roasting tray, and further with the roasting tray cover featuring heat isolation and dissipation, heat generated by the roasting zone does not directly impinge and thus damage the electrically-powered lighting assembly. Light is projected into the cover, rather than toward a user's eyes to dazzle the user. In this way, the lighting of the outdoor barbeque table can be improved and is more reliable and durable. Assembling and replacement/maintenance can be made simple and the structure simplified and costs reduced.

  • Publication number: 20100006556
Abstract: An atmospheric heater has opposite side walls each forming a groove for receiving a retention rail with an opening of the retention rail exposed to receive and retain a fogged light-transmitting tube, which is spaced from a bottom wall of the retention rail to define a first channel. A circuit board that carries light-emitting diodes is fixed inside the tube and opposite to the tube wall where light is given off to thereby form a second channel between the circuit board and the tube wall. Heat emitted from the heater travels through the first and second channels for penetrating vertically in a down-to-up direction to generate a chimney effect for heat dissipation in order to prevent the light-emitting diodes from over-heating and burnout during the operation thereof and also provide a dim lighting effect on opposite sides of the heater.
