Passengers check-in for flights via the central DCS and for each passenger a passenger data message is created and sent to the local DCS to which the flight relates. On detection of a fault condition at the central DCS or in communications with the central DCS, the local DCS assume responsibility for flights departing from the airport at which they are located based on the received passenger data messages and unchecked-in passengers check-in directly with the local DCS.

The ring insert is configured to be inserted into the drink holder. The lighting device(s) are mounted to the ring insert. In this manner, the lighting device provides the light needed so that the user can place a beverage container in the drink holder appropriately when in a poorly lit environment.

Abstract: An electronic mount is provided to secure various electronics systems to the surface of a boat. In some embodiments, the electronics mount utilizes a base member affixed to the boat surface, a vertical member connected to the base member, an arm assembly, elbow assembly, plate support member, and mounting plate that allows a user to pivot or rotate the system to achieve a desired orientation. The present invention allows a user to mount electronics to a boat in a secure manner while also providing freedom of direction.

Abstract: Included is a trolling motor lift cord attachment device for attaching a trolling motor lift cable, or cord to a support of a trolling motor. The device comprises a clamping bracket having a first clamp section and a second clamp section. Each clamp section includes a center section, a center axis passing through the center section, at least two arm portions extending from the center section, and a concave engagement area formed by the center section and at least two arm portions. Each arm portion includes a fastening area positioned to align with one of the fastening areas on another arm portion when the center axes of the clamp sections are aligned. The concave engagement area of each clamp section is shaped to form an orifice shape to substantially surround the support of the trolling motor when the center axis of the first section is aligned with the center axis of the second section.

Abstract: A plurality of lottery cards are distributed to at least one lottery agent. Each of the lottery cards has a unique identification code disposed thereon and is associated with a predefined monetary amount. A communication identifying the unique identification code of a first selected card is received, and a user account associated with the identification code is established having a balance equivalent to the predefined monetary amount of the first selected card. A first chosen play for a lottery game is received and associated with the user account. A cost of the first chosen play is deducted from the balance of the user account, and a remaining balance is available for making at least one subsequent play. If the first chosen play is a winner, a winning monetary amount is credited to the user account. The winning monetary amount may be redeemed upon presentation of the first selected card.
