Abstract: The Conceptus Chamber is an enclosed sterile chamber designed to support and maintain a conceptus until maturity. A novel fluid system of nutrition, novel methods of fetal evaluation, and a novel oxygenation device and systems are described. New surgical and therapeutic methods connected with use of the Conceptus Chamber are taught. Novel methods of utilization of the Conceptus Chamber with nonhuman and nonplacental species are taught. A dedicated, integrated cart for use with the Conceptus Chamber is described.
