  • Publication number: 20030078760
Abstract: A biological modeling system and method for enhanced computer-aided analysis of biological response data provides information synthesized from multiple sources. An executable model of a biological system is developed from information and structures based on multiple sources. In a preferred embodiment, biological data sets are selected by a user from a first active viewer window on a user computer display. A model is created and then run using integrated pharmacokinetic software. The output is next analyzed using integrated analysis tools. Once analyzed, the model is balanced to ensure that it matches the information and structures. Once the model is created, run, and balanced, it can be used to draw attention to important relations through integrated reporting functions. This program could be run with such programs as NONMEM®.

  • Patent number: 4662531
Abstract: The back cover of a TV cabinet is provided with a J-shaped latch member for releasable reception in a slot disposed in the cabinet front during cabinet assembly. The back cover is equipped with a window for providing access to the latch member, so that a tool can be inserted into the cabinet enclosure through the slot to release the latch member. The cabinet front is provided with a partition surrounding the latch member to prevent inadvertent insertion of a tool into the cabinet enclosure beyond the partition.

  • Patent number: 4635809
Abstract: A snap-together latch mechanism for a television cabinet consists of at least one pair of oppositely-disposed, flexible latch fingers secured to the cabinet front and a corresponding number of oppositely-disposed, rigid stops disposed on the back cover. To attach the back cover, it is simply aligned with the cabinet front and inserted to lock it in place.

  • Patent number: 4179178
Abstract: A plug-in cartridge designed to mate with an external system via a connector having a plurality of external mating receptacles, and one or more external actuator pins, for engaging the cartridge. The cartridge encloses a printed circuit board with terminals arranged to receive an electrical circuit (e.g., an integrated circuit) susceptible to damage by excessive electrostatic charge. The circuit board includes a plurality of metallic contact areas conductively connected to respective terminals, extending external to the cartridge, and configured to engage the mating receptacles of the connector. The cartridge also includes a protection device comprising a plurality of conductive fingers formed from a common conductive element. The device is arranged such that, when the cartridge and connector are disengaged, the fingers contact associated ones of the contact areas whereby the contact areas and therefore the circuit terminals are connected in common (i.e.
