Abstract: A cargo door shield system for a cargo bay door in an aircraft used to prevent the exterior surface of the cargo bay door from being damaged by objects moving through the cargo bay door during loading and unloading of the aircraft.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides doorway protection assemblies with a base portion and two leg portions that can be positioned over and protect the exterior surrounding a doorway of a vehicle, such as an aircraft, from damage while cargo or other items are being loaded into or unloaded from the vehicle. Each assembly can include one or more attachment portions that wrap over and attach to the door sill area or side jambs of the vehicle doorway in order to secure the assembly in place. Each assembly can include a cushion layer between the various portions and the exterior of the aircraft to further avoid or reduce damage. Each assembly can include retention straps that releasably attach to anchors on the vehicle to further secure the assembly on the vehicle doorway.

Abstract: The present technology relates generally to movable personal electronic device (PED) holder assemblies that can be attached to seat-back assemblies mounted on vehicle seats, such as in an airplane, train, bus, or other vehicle. The PED holder assembly can be partially inserted into the seat-back pocket or set on top of a surface and has a receiving portion that extends down from a clip portion. The receiving portion includes legs extending down from the clip, a support portion, and retention shoulders, and is configured to receive and hold onto a PED without need for user involvement after placing the PED in a receiving area. Further, the receiving portion is configured to not impede access to the tray table locking mechanism on a seat-back assembly and is configured to allow the tray table to be moved from a folded-up position to a folded-down position without having to move the PED holder.

Abstract: Protective covers (e.g., “liners”) for use in protecting aircraft cargo hold floors from potentially harmful or dangerous fluids and other substances, and from physical damage, are described herein. In some embodiments, the cargo pit liners described herein can include a plurality of raised portions and adjacent recesses that provide a protective barrier between cargo and a floor of the cargo pit. The raised portions can facilitate movement of cargo and improve impact resistance, and the recesses can collect and retain potentially detrimental fluids.

Abstract: The present technology relates generally to a wall-mounted dispenser holder used to suspend a soap dispenser above the countertop in an airplane lavatory. The dispenser holder includes a mounting plate configured to be attached to the lavatory wall and a clip portion having retention arms configured to be arranged around a neck portion of the soap dispenser. The dispenser holder is configured to be mounted high enough above the countertop to ensure that a soap dispenser received within the retention arms does not touch the countertop, thereby limiting the accumulation of water and bacteria around the base of the soap dispenser and facilitating easy cleaning of the countertop.

Abstract: The present technology relates generally to an anti-bump apparatus attached to an end portion of a belt loader and configured to create a space between the end portion and a baggage cart. The anti-bump apparatus includes a shaft portion and a flag portion attached to the shaft portion. The shaft portion is coupled to the end portion of the belt loader with a mounting portion formed from a pivot plate and a mounting plate. The pivot plate is pivotable relative to the mounting plate allowing the anti-bump apparatus to be in either a stowed position or a deployed position. A locking mechanism formed from a locking pin in the pivot plate and a plurality of locking pin holes in the mounting plate ensure that the anti-bump apparatus does not prematurely transition from one position to the other.

The passenger in-flight entertainment device terminal has passenger selectable controls, a video display, an audio output, storage media such as a magnetic or “hard disk”, and a payment interface device such as a card swipe, all located in a seat which has been wired with power, local network, and audio wiring. A local, transport vehicle mounted local host computer provides supports the local network, and may be used to collect revenue slips resulting from passenger input to the payment interface device. Revenue slips may be posted to a remote server during a trip segment via satellite or direct radio frequency communication to receiving facilities providing connection to the internet, or alternately collected and posted batchwise.

Abstract: An aircraft cargo door shield releasably attachable to an aircraft cargo door and configured for protecting an aircraft cargo door during loading and unloading of cargo. The aircraft cargo door shield includes a panel configured for covering a portion of an external skin of the cargo door, and one or more fastening or attachment mechanisms configured for releasably holding the panel adjacent to the cargo door during use. The aircraft cargo door shield may include upper attachment mechanisms having elongated hooks that may engage an upper edge of the aircraft cargo door. Some or all of the attachment mechanisms may be coupled to tension members to retain the engagement of the attachment mechanisms to the aircraft cargo door during use.

The cargo stop having an elongated cargo engagement wall member portion with a rearward facing elongated engagement wall sized for engagement with cargo to resist forward movement of cargo engaging the engagement wall beyond the engagement wall, an elongated backing member portion rigidly connected to the cargo engagement wall member portion and projecting forward beyond the cargo engagement wall member portion, and an elongated strap receiving recess sized to receive the tie down strap. The length of the engagement wall being sized to position the left end portion of the engagement wall in proximity with a starboard wall of the cargo compartment and the right end portion of the engagement wall in proximity with a port wall of the cargo compartment.

A mobile device angle adjustment section may be provided that allows the mobile device holding section to rotate to adjust the viewing angle of a mobile device held thereto.

The panel guard including a mounting structure attachable to the cargo bay ceiling, and having a mounting portion and a guard support portion, and a guard structure releasably supported by the guard support portion of the mounting structure. The guard structure having a perimeter wall and a central opening between the perimeter wall sized such that when supported by the guard support portion of the mounting structure at the pressure relief ceiling panel the pressure relief ceiling panel is vertically aligned with the central opening with the perimeter wall extending about the perimeter of the pressure relief ceiling panel and the perimeter wall does not overlap the pressure relief ceiling panel or otherwise restrict operational access to the pressure relief ceiling panel from below.
