  • Patent number: 7302399
Abstract: One aspect of the invention is a travel pricing system comprising a data store and a server coupled to the data store. The server is operable to receive new reservation data that conflicts with old reservation data in the data store. The new reservation data comprises a plurality of new attributes. The reservation data in the data store comprises a format and a plurality of old attributes. The server is further operable to associate the new reservation data with a time stamp, and add the new reservation data and time stamp to the data store without modifying the old attributes.

  • Patent number: 7207645
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for performing color correction in a color printer. An RGB test image is printed to produce a printed calibration image. Colors in the printed calibration image are measured and compared to expected color values. A color corrector generates a printer lookup table (LUT) based on this comparison. The LUT may be generated based on models of the printer's print engine and previous LUTs. The color corrections are applied to subsequent print jobs to improve the quality of color output. Color measurement and correction may be performed using a closed-loop system contained within the printer that includes a color measurement device (such as a scanner) and a computer.

  • Patent number: 4686627
Abstract: A test apparatus for testing such electrical circuit elements as components of printed circuit boards or integrated circuit chips includes a number of substantially indentical pin modules or units, one for each pin under test. The several modules are separately programmed by a CPU to provide a suitable state at the pin under test, i.e., excitation signal, read signal or impedance. Power to the unit under test is provided by the pin module.

  • Patent number: 4682061
Abstract: An isolated MOSFET analog switch control circuit is disclosed comprising in combination first and second switching MOSFETs for switching an analog input signal through the control circuit. The MOSFETs have their gates connected together at a gate junction and their sources connected together at a source junction. The control circuit further includes current source apparatus for generating a fixed enhancement voltage referenced to the source voltage of the first and second MOSFETs; and switching apparatus. The switching apparatus has a circuit control isolated from the switching MOSFETs and further has first and second switching terminals, for applying and disconnecting the current source apparatus to the control circuit such that when the current source is applied the switching MOSFETs will be turned on and when the current source is disconnected the switching MOSFETs will be turned off.

  • Patent number: 4672246
Abstract: A MOSFET transistor switch control circuit using high impedance, low offset, ground referenced control is disclosed. The invention comprises a first enhancement mode MOSFET having a drain connected to an electrical signal, and a second enhancement mode MOSFET having a gate connected to the gate of the first MOSFET, a source connected to the source of the first MOSFET, and a drain connected to an output of the switch. The invention further comprises, in combination with the above elements, current injection apparatus for injecting current into the switch control circuit, current switching apparatus for connecting and disconnecting the current injection apparatus from and to the switch control circuit, and electrical circuit apparatus for maintaining the gate voltage of the MOSFETs about equal to their source voltage when the current injection apparatus is disconnected, and for increasing the gate voltage when the current injection apparatus is connected.

  • Patent number: 4633867
Abstract: A knee brace for controlling ligament instability in all planes while allowing full natural action of the knee. The brace includes a shin plate and a thigh plate connected in hinged relationship. The shin plate has a pair of flanges extending from opposing corners of its top edge which are positionable over the side tibia tubricals. A tensioned popliteal strap attached at opposing ends to opposing flanges is positionable in a substantially horizontal plane around the back of the upper calf adjacent the knee to compress the flanges against the side tibia tubricals for increasing the rotational stability of the knee. The interior of the shin plate is parabolic-shaped to prevent chafing against the crest of the tibia and the elongated edges of the shin plate grasp opposing sides of the triangular-shaped tibia to further increase the rotational stability of the knee. An adjustable extension check strap, which prevents a complete unbending of the knee, passes through a ring positioned on the back of a calf band.

  • Patent number: 4390580
Abstract: A high pressure laminate (HPL) is disclosed for use on an access floor panel. The HPL is comprised of a rigid, moisture, impervious melamine plastic layer laminated under high pressure and heat to a substrate layer comprised of a resin paper element of multiple sheets of phenolic resin impregnated kraft paper. This resin paper element has at least one groove in it, wherein material has been removed to a depth sufficient to sever enough paper sheet grain lines of the resin paper element so that, after the HPL has been adhesively bonded to the HPL receiving surface of an access floor panel, vertical expansion or contraction of the resin paper element will note elongate the bond line in the area from the edge of the HPL to the groove that creates the pivot or hinge line. An access floor panel is also disclosed.
