    Abstract: A method of manufacturing an article having one or more interior passages. The method comprises constructing a plurality of individual segments of the article using a molding compound and aligning each of the plurality of individual segments with at least one other of the plurality of segments such that portions of one or more interior passages disposed in adjacent segments are aligned with each other. The method further comprises bonding each of the plurality of individual segments of the article to one or more adjacent segments to form an assembled article, and curing the assembled article by applying energy thereto to produce a completed article.
