Abstract: The present invention is a bobble system, including a bobble configured to form a phallic symbol, a erection spring configured to connect the bobble to a body and a spring base attachment assembly coupled to a mounting pedestal, wherein the mounting pedestal is used as at least one of a stand alone bobble device or an attachment to another object for the display of the phallic symbol, wherein the bobble moves in a shaking or bouncing manner when touched or by transfer of motion from the object to which the mounting pedestal is attached.

The present invention further includes a variety of gift card formats and receipt display methods that allow various methods of delivery to and use by the recipient.
