  • Patent number: 7818229
Abstract: A method for the online modification, submission and approval processing of a future payment request to afford a user the ability to renegotiate established loan agreement debt terms in which network communications are established between a user, such as a debtor, and a server is presented. The method comprises receiving information, at the server, regarding the loan agreement debt terms, presenting received information to a debtor, providing an interactive environment enabling a debtor to modify existing terms, submitting modified terms, processing data from the available information using a rules based engine, and processing a future payment request based on at least one decision made by the rules based engine. While online, the user/debtor may engage in revising a rejected future payment request in an attempt to reach a satisfactory renegotiation of debt terms.

  • Patent number: 7814005
Abstract: A method for providing credit score information for a user to the user is provided. The method comprises offering the user an option to obtain information related to a credit score via a computer networking arrangement. The method further determines credit score information once the option is selected by the user, and providing the credit score information determined to the user via the computer networking arrangement.

  • Patent number: 5419369
Abstract: A solenoid actuated valve for regulating the fluid pressure at a control port by cyclically connecting the control port alternately to a fluid pressure supply source and to a sump includes a sleeve-like valve member slidably mounted on a fixed valve member for movement between two positions in response to energization or deenergization of the solenoid coil. The valve sleeve is the armature of the solenoid and operates within an internal chamber in the valve housing with pressure within the chamber being at least substantially balanced against its opposite ends. Energization and deenergization of the solenoid coil may be controlled by an electronic processor which supplies a pulse width modulated electric control signal variable in response to processor inputs to establish a control port pressure which is accurately linearly related to the time duration of the pulse width modulated signal.

  • Patent number: 5117797
Abstract: A purge valve for controlling the flow of fuel vapor from a vehicle mounted fuel vapor storage canister to the intake manifold of the vehicle engine utilizes a solenoid actuated three-way valve to control the position of a flexible diaphragm of a flow metering valve to meter flow of fuel vapor at continuously variable rates in response to a solenoid actuating duty cycle signal from an electronic control unit. A diaphragm controlled vacuum regulator connected to the intake manifold maintains a flow chamber in the vacuum regulator at a substantially constant subatmospheric pressure into which the metered flow of fuel vapor is passed from a flow chamber of the metering valve at atmospheric pressure. The metering valve diaphragm shifts to adjust the flow rate in response to variations in the pressure differential between its flow chamber and a control chamber at the opposite side of the diaphragm.

  • Patent number: 4944276
Abstract: A purge valve for a vehicle mounted fuel vapor recovery system is made up of a main housing and two end caps which snap fit together to seal and mount a computer controlled solenoid valve and a diaphragm controlled regulating valve. The housing is designed so that the required valve seats are integrally molded in the housing as are the various internal passages and chambers. A compression post formed on one end cap seats the solenoid assembly firmly against an abutment surface on the housing.

  • Patent number: 4627304
Abstract: A plurality of interconnected linkages are shown with a resilient clip-like member operatively connected to a first of the linkages and resiliently engaging another of the linkages so as to cause an abutment carried by the first linkage to be held in contact with the other linkage and thereby eliminate rattling noises as would otherwise occur between the first and the other linkage.
